铜绿山矿区居住空间改造

【摘要】:铜绿山矿区以其独特的地域特性与人文环境,于60-90年代产生发展了一批具有自己独特性的居住空间,但随着时代发展等原因,矿区居住空间产生了很多问题,越来越多的居住者选择搬离,一部分居住建筑已经出现了荒废的状态,居住建筑周边环境问题严重。矿区居住空间见证了矿区发展,也是几代矿山居民的居住记忆,有必要在保护矿区居住建筑的基础上,通过矿区居住空间改造,来改变矿区居住空间现状,留住现有矿区居民,同时发展矿区居住建筑空间。本文对3个不同时间段的,矿区代表性居住空间进行了空间上的分析,生活场景与空间现状的描述。梳理出矿区居住空间发展的过程,得出矿区居住空间发展中产生的,居住建筑发展封闭单一,人与人交流减少,到后来居住建筑发展停滞等问题,并对居住建筑周边环境进行了分析与讨论。结合以上分析,以及如果不采取措施矿区居住空间会日益恶化,矿区居民会纷纷搬离,最终导致矿区会被完全荒废等可预见会发生的问题,得出了矿区居住空间需要被改造的原因。随后,选取居住空间问题最为严重的矿区60年代外廊式单身宿舍楼进行改造,探讨改造方式。改造首先对于外廊式单身宿舍楼进行了仔细的分析与研究,遵循经济,合理,改造不过多破坏的原则,提出需要被改造部分,以及改造需注意的问题。通过旧建筑的阳光模拟实验,确定新增空间的形式,位置与开窗角度,通过合理的新旧材料和尺寸搭配使新旧空间完美组合。新空间的设计采用可复制的空间单体进行搭配组合,并部分使用可预制的建筑材料,使得改造方案能在矿区其它相同类型居住建筑空间改造中同样适用。外廊式单身宿舍楼周边景观的改造,从人活动的特征出发,通过对于必要性活动,选择性活动,社交性活动,三个层次人的活动特性的分析,得出景观改造的方式。铜绿山矿区居住空间的改造方式,不仅是为矿区居住空间现有问题,提出了一个合理的解决办法,也是予以矿区居住空间新发展积极的借鉴作用,同时是为其它地区居住空间改造提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:Tonglushan mining area, with its unique regional characteristics and humanistic environment, produced and developed a group of unique residential spaces in the 1960s and 1990s. However, with the development of the times and other reasons, there are many problems in the residential space of the mining area. More and more residents choose to move away, some residential buildings have been abandoned, the surrounding environmental problems of residential buildings are serious. The residential space of the mining area witnessed the development of the mining area, and it is also the residential memory of several generations of mine residents. It is necessary to change the present situation of the living space of the mining area and retain the residents of the existing mining area through the transformation of the residential space of the mining area on the basis of protecting the residential building in the mining area. At the same time, the development of residential space mining area. In this paper, the space analysis, the living scene and the present situation of the representative living space in three different periods of time in the mining area are analyzed. Combing out the process of residential space development in mining area, it is concluded that the development of residential space in mining area is closed and single, the communication between people is reduced, and the development of residential building stagnates later. The surrounding environment of residential buildings is analyzed and discussed. Combined with the above analysis, and if we do not take measures, the living space of the mining area will deteriorate day by day, and the residents of the mining area will move away one after another, resulting in the foreseeable problems such as the total wastage of the mining area. The reason why the living space of mining area needs to be reformed is obtained. Then, select the mining area with the most serious living space problem 60's single dormitory transformation, explore the transformation way. At first, the author makes a careful analysis and research on the single dormitory building, follows the principles of economy, reasonableness and not too much destruction, and puts forward some problems that need to be reconstructed and should be paid attention to. Through the sunlight simulation experiment of the old building, the form, position and window angle of the new space are determined, and the perfect combination of the new space and the old space is made by reasonable new and old materials and size collocation. The design of the new space is composed of replicable space units and partly prefabricated building materials, which makes the reconstruction scheme applicable to other residential buildings of the same type in mining area. Based on the characteristics of human activities and the analysis of the characteristics of necessary activities, selective activities, social activities, and three levels of people's activities, the transformation of the landscape around the verandah single dormitory building is obtained. The transformation of residential space in Tonglushan mining area is not only a reasonable solution for the existing problems of residential space in mining area, but also a positive reference for the new development of residential space in mining area. At the same time, it is a useful reference for the transformation of living space in other areas.
