海南省居住区养生型园林设计研究

【摘要】：当今城市环境面临着雾霾、沙尘等各种问题,海南得益于其得天独厚的自然环境,海洋、沙滩、温泉以及丰富的热带雨林无处不彰显着作为"世界长寿岛"的独特优势。随着生活水平的提高,拥有强健的体魄成为了市民的最终追求,"养生"热潮的掀起使得大批地产商发现海南这一片难得的"世外桃源",大型的养生地产和养生酒店开始纷纷入驻,为海南发展居住区环境提出了新的要求。因此,探索居住区养生型园林营造的科学方式,打造具有养生保健功能的居住区环境,成为了研究的一大课题。就国内研究现状而言,对居住区养生型园林的研究尚少,没有形成完善的设计理论系统,虽然对植物所产生的养生功效研究的较为深入,但对养生型园林的构建方式和景观元素的使用仍不成熟。在养生型园林相关领域的研究方面,如中医疗法、园艺疗法、康复花园等,国内外已拥有了丰富的研究成果。因此,可以通过分析养生型园林相关领域,总结出可以应用于居住区环境营造的养生原理和园林设计方式,为居住区养生型园林的构建提供有利的参考。本文主要分为六个章节对研究内容进行阐述。第一章绪论部分,论述了研究的背景及国内外的发展现状,提出了本文要讨论的居住区养生型园林营造的问题。第二章通过调查总结居住区养生型园林空间需要满足的基本条件,量化了自然环境中水、声、光、空气等和绿化评价的相关指标,从园林造景的角度总结了养生植物的选种及配置,并提出养生设施应满足的设施种类。第三章归纳森林疗法、园艺疗法、中医疗法可应用于居住区养生型园林的养生原理,并总结出可应用于园林上的造景方式。第四章走访调研海南省范围内的养生楼盘和养生酒店,分析其在养生型园林设计中存在的问题和可借鉴的景观和配套实施。同时对市民发放调查问卷,了解居民对住区环境的使用诉求和景观偏好。第五章提出了居住区养生型园林营造的设计原则,并从保健人群、空间性质及养生元素三个方面分析了景观营造的具体做法和模式。第六章是本文的结论和展望部分,对论文的主要内容、创新点和不足进行总结,提出研究内容的进一步的发展趋势和目标。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the urban environment is faced with various problems, such as smog, dust and so on. Hainan benefits from its unique natural environment, sea, beach, hot spring and rich tropical rain forest, showing its unique advantage as a "longevity island of the world". With the improvement of living standards, Having a strong physique has become the ultimate pursuit of the public. The upsurge of "health preservation" has led a large number of property developers to discover the rare "paradise" of Hainan, and large health real estate and health hotels have begun to move in. New requirements are put forward for the development of residential environment in Hainan. Therefore, it has become a major research topic to explore the scientific way of building residential gardens with health care function and to create the environment of residential areas with the function of health preservation and health care. In terms of the present situation of domestic research, the research on the living garden of residential area is still few, and no perfect design theory system has been formed, although the research on the health preserving effect of plants has been deeply studied. However, the construction and landscape elements of the health-preserving garden are still immature. There have been abundant research achievements in the related fields of health garden, such as traditional Chinese medicine therapy, horticulture therapy, rehabilitation garden and so on. Therefore, through the analysis of the related fields of health garden, we can summarize the principles and garden design methods that can be applied to the environmental construction of residential area, and provide a favorable reference for the construction of residential health garden. This paper is divided into six chapters to elaborate the research content. The first chapter introduces the background of the research and the present situation of the development at home and abroad, and puts forward the problems of residential health garden construction to be discussed in this paper. The second chapter sums up the basic conditions which need to be satisfied in the residential district health garden space, and quantifies the related indexes of water, sound, light, air and greening evaluation in the natural environment. This paper sums up the selection and disposition of the plants in keeping in good health from the point of view of landscaping, and puts forward the kinds of facilities which should be satisfied by the health facilities. In the third chapter, forest therapy, horticulture therapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy can be applied to the principle of health preserving garden in residential area, and the landscape making method can be applied to garden. In the fourth chapter, we investigate the health building and hotel in Hainan province, and analyze the problems in the design of the health-preserving garden, the landscape and the supporting implementation. At the same time, a questionnaire was sent to the residents to find out the residents' demands for using the residential environment and their landscape preference. The fifth chapter puts forward the design principle of the residential district health garden construction, and analyzes the concrete method and mode of landscape construction from three aspects: the health care crowd, the space nature and the health maintenance element. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect part of this paper, summarizes the main contents, innovation points and shortcomings of the paper, and puts forward the further development trend and goal of the research content.
