基于LID理念下的居住区景观设计研究

【摘要】：城市现代化进程的同时给原有城市水文带来巨大的影响,而作为城市用地面积最大的居住区部分,居住区雨水管理模式对城市的水文有着举足轻重的影响。国外LID技术和研究成果相对较为成熟,我国的居住区景观对于LID空间的运用现处于学习起步阶段。论文基于我国居住区目前的现状特点,使LID在居住区中实现雨水收集回用的同时,更具艺术性、景观性和可见性。本文在现有LID理论实践研究的基础之上,从风景园林学的角度出发,将LID空间和居住区景观设计相结合,得出的主要成果如下:(1)首先定义了低影响开发(LID)的准确涵义,提出居住区LID景观设计的基本概念。以雨洪管理、水敏感性城市、景观生态设计、园林美学理论为依据,结合美国、德国两个国外案例和常德、长沙两个国内的案例,在此基础上探讨居住区景观设计与LID结合的具体方法。(2)具体设计方法建立在居住区景观组成和功能的依据之上,结合LID在居住区的可运用类型,列举了绿色屋顶、雨水花园、透水铺装、植草沟四种典型的LID空间论述平面和垂直面的设计方法。(3)通过居住区的五大组成要素,从地形、建筑物和构筑物、铺装、植物和水景,进一步详细地研究了 LID空间在各个组成要素中的景观化途径。(4)进而对LID空间和居住区景观结合的设计要点进行论述,包括从参与性、艺术性、趣味性、教育性和观赏性五个方面探究人与居住区LID空间的良好互动。再者,对可持续性研究做出了分析。(5)最后,以株洲市云顶·栖谷居住区案例做依托,对理论研究成果进行应用探究。在对株洲市自然条件进行分析的基础之上,对该居住区LID景观设计总体和细节进行探索,以体现LID对于居住区景观的意义。论文在现有的LID空间设计的研究成果上,从风景园林学角度出发,研究从景观角度设计居住区LID空间的因地制宜的方法。对居住区径流减排、雨水收集回用、居民节水参与意识起到推广和参考作用。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the process of urban modernization has brought great influence to the original urban hydrology. As the residential area with the largest urban land area, the residential area Rain Water management mode has a decisive impact on urban hydrology. Foreign lid technology and research results are relatively mature. The use of lid space in residential landscape in China is now in the initial stage of study. Based on the current characteristics of residential areas in China, the paper makes lid realize the collection and reuse of Rain Water in residential areas, and at the same time, it is more artistic, landscape and visible. Based on the existing practice of lid theory and landscape architecture, this paper combines lid space with residential landscape design. The main results are as follows: 1) first of all, the exact meaning of low impact development (LIDD) is defined. The basic concept of lid landscape design in residential area is put forward. Based on the theory of rain flood management, water sensitive cities, landscape ecological design and garden aesthetics, combined with two foreign cases in the United States and Germany and two domestic cases in Changde and Changsha, On this basis, this paper discusses the concrete method of combining residential landscape design with lid. The concrete design method is based on the composition and function of residential landscape. Combining with the usable types of lids in residential area, the green roof and Rain Water garden are listed. Through the five elements of the residential area, from topography, buildings and structures, pavement, vegetation and waterscape, In this paper, the landscape approach of lid space in each component element is studied in detail, and then the design essentials of the combination of lid space and residential landscape are discussed, including participation, artistry, interest, etc. This paper explores the good interaction between human and residential area lid space in five aspects of education and appreciation. Thirdly, the sustainability research is analyzed. Finally, based on the case of Zhuzhou Yundingxigu residential area, the application of theoretical research results is explored. Based on the analysis of the natural conditions of Zhuzhou city, this paper probes into the overall and detailed design of lids landscape in the residential area, so as to reflect the significance of lid to the residential area landscape. Based on the existing research results of lid space design and from the view of landscape architecture, this paper studies the method of designing lid space of residential area from the view of landscape. For residential runoff emission reduction, Rain Water collection and reuse, residents water-saving participation consciousness plays a role in promotion and reference.
