钢箍碳纤维组合节点竹拱结构稳定承载力试验研究

【摘要】:竹材作为一种可再生的绿色建筑材料,具有强度高、韧性好、成材周期短、生态环保、可降解等优点。竹材应用于建筑结构在我国具有悠久的历史,由于竹材存在材质不均匀、耐久较差、节点连接困难等缺陷,影响其广泛使用,对于竹结构的研究和应用也停滞不前。本文以金竹和楠竹两种不同的竹材作为研究对象,采用试验研究分析法和有限元分析法,研究分析钢箍碳纤维组合节点竹拱结构的稳定承载力。拱形结构是承受轴向压力并由两端推力维持平衡的曲线结构,在全跨荷载作用下刚度和承载力较高,并且其整体稳定性较好,广泛应用于大跨度空间结构。本文对五个钢箍碳纤维组合节点的竹拱模型进行稳定承载力试验研究。竹拱结构采用钢箍碳纤维组合节点,具有同轴性且其整体性好、结构简单、可靠性高的新型节点连接方式,并保证节点不先于结构发生破坏。试验中竹拱结构在外荷载作用下发生反对称失稳,为了提高竹拱结构稳定承载力,设计索—拱结构。与纯拱结构相比其稳定承载力有较大的提高,且由于索的存在有效的控制了拱的变形。对竹材进行抗拉强度、抗压强度试验研究,分别得到金竹和楠竹的抗拉强度、抗压强度、泊松比等强度指标,为有限元分析提供力学参数。对试验模型进行非线性有限元分析,并与试验结果对比分析,证明了试验模型的合理性和适用性。本文的研究结果表明,以金竹为材料的竹拱结构和以楠竹为材料的竹拱结构竹拱结构稳定承载力大致相等,均产生较大位移。以金竹为材料的竹拱结构在失稳过程中竹管强度不足使结构破坏;而以楠竹为材料的竹拱结构失稳后并未产生截面强度破坏,说明楠竹抗劈裂破坏的能力强于金竹。索—拱结构因索的存在有效的控制了拱的变形,与纯拱结构相比其稳定承载力提高50%。本文的研究证明了钢箍碳纤维组合节点作为竹拱结构连接节点的适用性,采用此类节点的拱结构具有一定的承载力,可以应用于旅游景观等具有一定跨度但承受较小荷载的建筑物和构筑物。
[Abstract]:As a kind of renewable green building material, bamboo has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, short maturity period, ecological environmental protection and degradability. The application of bamboo in building structure has a long history in our country. Due to the defects of uneven material, poor durability and difficult connection of joints, bamboo has been widely used, and the research and application of bamboo structure has also stagnated. In this paper, the stability bearing capacity of bamboo arch structure with carbon fiber composite joints of steel hoop is studied by means of experimental analysis and finite element analysis. Arch structure is a curved structure which is subjected to axial pressure and is balanced by thrust at both ends. It has high stiffness and bearing capacity under full span load and has good overall stability. It is widely used in large span space structures. In this paper, the stability bearing capacity of bamboo arch model of five steel hoop carbon fiber composite joints is studied. The bamboo arch structure adopts steel hoop carbon fiber composite joint, which has the characteristics of coaxial, good integrity, simple structure and high reliability, and ensures that the joint does not break before the structure. The anti-symmetric instability occurs in the bamboo arch structure under external load. In order to improve the stability bearing capacity of the bamboo arch structure, the cable-arch structure is designed. Compared with the pure arch structure, the stable bearing capacity of the arch structure is greatly improved, and the deformation of the arch is effectively controlled because of the existence of the cable. The tensile strength and compressive strength of bamboo were studied and the tensile strength, compressive strength and Poisson's ratio of bamboo were obtained, which provided the mechanical parameters for finite element analysis. The nonlinear finite element analysis of the test model is carried out, and compared with the test results, the rationality and applicability of the test model are proved. The results of this paper show that the stable bearing capacity of bamboo arch structure with Jinzhu as material and bamboo arch with bamboo as material is about the same, and large displacement is produced. The bamboo-arch structure with bamboo as material is damaged by insufficient strength of bamboo pipe in the process of instability, but the bamboo-arch structure with bamboo as material does not produce section strength damage after instability, which indicates that bamboo has stronger ability to resist splitting failure than that of Phyllostachys pubescens. Because of the existence of cable, cable-arch structure can effectively control the deformation of arch, and the stable bearing capacity of cable-arch structure is increased by 50% compared with pure arch structure. In this paper, the applicability of steel hoop carbon fiber composite joint as the connection joint of bamboo arch structure is proved, and the arch structure with this kind of joint has certain bearing capacity. It can be applied to buildings and structures with a certain span but bearing smaller loads.
