【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化进程的加快,人民生活水平的提高,人们开始向往多元化的旅游,向往在大自然的环境中放松身心,缓解压力,由此,生态观光农业应运而生。生态观光农业以农业为基础,以生态为主题,将农业生产、田园风光和农村自然环境融为一体,是近年来农业和旅游业研究的新领域,也是人们选择的热点出游形式。生态观光农业具有农业和旅游业的双重性质,实现了高效农业、生态农业、现代农业的发展需求,进一步促进城乡的统筹发展,改善农村环境、增加农民收入,为解决我国“三农”问题提供了有利的思路,对协调经济发展与生态环保的关系有重大意义,以期达到经济、社会、生态环境共同的可持续发展。位于陕西东部的渭南,地势平坦,土壤肥沃,水资源丰富,具有得天独厚的农业生产条件,同时,渭南作为陕西省的旅游大市,具有丰富的旅游资源和深厚的文化底蕴。近年来,渭南也在全面调整农业产业结构,发展以高产、高效、优质的农产品生产为主体的形式多样的多元化现代生态农业,为渭南生态观光农业的发展带来了难得的历史机遇和美好的发展前景,也鼓励渭南能够积极发展生态观光农业,以期达到经济、社会、生态效益的共同实现。本文基于当前生态观光农业迅速发展的社会经济背景,从生态观光农业的内涵和生态观光农业开发所涉及的基础理论进行了梳理和解析,从渭南地区的基本概况出发,对生态观光农业的经营类型、发展模式及发展特征进行了研究,进而建立了包含评价指标体系、指标权重集及评分标准的生态观光农业园竞争力评价体系,并选取4个具有代表性的渭南生态观光农业园进行实证评价,从得到的结果中分析渭南生态观光农业园竞争力的优势及其制约因素,为保证渭南生态观光农业能够顺利发展,提出相应的政策性建议和改良措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards, people begin to yearn for diversified tourism, relax their bodies and minds in the natural environment, and relieve the pressure. Ecological tourism agriculture came into being. Ecological tourism agriculture is based on agriculture and ecological theme, which combines agricultural production, pastoral scenery and rural natural environment. It is a new field of agricultural and tourism research in recent years, and it is also a hot tourist form chosen by people. Ecotourism agriculture has the dual nature of agriculture and tourism. It has realized the development needs of efficient agriculture, ecological agriculture and modern agriculture, further promoted the overall development of urban and rural areas, improved the rural environment, and increased the income of farmers. It is of great significance to coordinate the relationship between economic development and ecological environmental protection, in order to achieve the common sustainable development of economy, society and ecological environment. Weinan, located in the east of Shaanxi Province, has a flat terrain, fertile soil, rich water resources and unique agricultural production conditions. At the same time, Weinan, as a big tourist city in Shaanxi Province, has rich tourism resources and profound cultural heritage. In recent years, Weinan has also been comprehensively readjusting the agricultural industrial structure and developing diversified and diversified modern ecological agriculture with the main body of high yield, high efficiency and high quality agricultural products. It not only brings a rare historical opportunity and bright prospect for the development of ecological tourism agriculture in Weinan, but also encourages Weinan to actively develop ecological tourism agriculture in order to achieve the common realization of economic, social and ecological benefits. Based on the current social and economic background of the rapid development of eco-tourism agriculture, this paper combs and analyzes the connotation of eco-tourism agriculture and the basic theory involved in the development of eco-tourism agriculture, and sets out from the basic situation of Weinan region. This paper studies the management type, development model and development characteristics of eco-tourism agriculture, and then establishes the evaluation system of the competitiveness of eco-tourism agricultural park, which includes evaluation index system, index weight set and scoring standard. In order to ensure the smooth development of ecological tourism agriculture in Weinan, four representative ecological sightseeing agricultural parks of Weinan were selected for empirical evaluation, and the advantages and constraints of the competitiveness of ecological tourism agricultural parks in Weinan were analyzed from the results obtained, in order to ensure the smooth development of ecological sightseeing agriculture in Weinan. Put forward the corresponding policy recommendations and improvement measures.
