《城市景观健康功能设计》第七章翻译实践报告

【摘要】:本翻译实践报告(以下简称“报告”)的素材是Gayle Souter-Brown编著,Routledge出版社2015年出版的《城市景观健康功能设计》一书第七章英汉翻译。在翻译的过程中,笔者使用了Transmate,Snowman等CAT工具,以及金山词霸、有道词典、谷歌翻译、百度翻译、必应翻译等网络在线翻译工具。笔者对CAT工具以及网络在线翻译工具的应用结果,从整个段落的结构到句子到词语再具体到字,都进行了仔细的筛选,并且同时对比多种翻译工具的翻译结果,力争从语言风格、读者接受度、专业性、学术性等各个方面筛选出最合适的译本。最重要的是,笔者以尤金.奈达的功能对等翻译理论为指导,对翻译中的典型案例进行了理论联系实际的分析。作为本书翻译小组的其中一名译者,笔者翻译了《城市景观健康功能设计》一书的第六到第十一章,并且基于其中的第七章完成了本报告。笔者在该报告中的主要研究内容为“为残疾儿童及成人创建康复花园和城市景观”一章的英汉翻译。该章节讲述了为残疾儿童及成人创建的康复花园的成功案例以及针对特殊学校的孩子、患自闭症的孩子以及处于压力下的孩子该如何创建康复环境。该报告的创新点在于体裁新颖,国内在康复花园领域的翻译实践报告数量十分有限,因此,本报告有助于在一定程度上弥补国内在康复花园课题方面的不足,有助于把国外关于康复花园成功案例及研究经验与国内在这一领域的实际研究进展结合起来,取长补短。
[Abstract]:The translation practice report (hereinafter referred to as "the report") is based on Gayle Souter-Brown 's "Urban Landscape Health functional Design" published in 2015 by Gayle Souter-Brown. In the process of translation, the author uses cat tools such as Transmat Snowman, as well as Kingsoft, youdao Dictionary, Google Translation, Baidu Translation, Bing Translation and other online translation tools. The application results of cat tools and online translation tools, from the structure of the whole paragraph to the sentence to the word and then to the word, are carefully screened, and the translation results of various translation tools are compared at the same time. Strive to select the most suitable translation from the aspects of language style, reader acceptance, professionalism, academic and so on. Most importantly, I take Eugene. Under the guidance of Nida's functional equivalence translation theory, this paper makes a theoretical and practical analysis of typical cases in translation. As one of the translators in the translation team, the author translated chapters 6 to 11 of the book "Urban Landscape Health functional Design" and completed the report based on Chapter 7. The main content of this report is English-Chinese translation of the chapter "Building rehabilitation gardens and urban landscape for disabled children and adults". This chapter describes the success stories of rehabilitation gardens for children and adults with disabilities and how to create a rehabilitation environment for children in special schools, children with autism, and children under stress. The innovation of the report lies in its novel genres and the limited number of translated practice reports in the field of rehabilitation garden in China. Therefore, this report helps to make up for the deficiencies in the rehabilitation garden project in China to some extent. It is helpful to combine the successful cases and research experiences of rehabilitation garden abroad with the actual research progress in this field in China, and learn from each other's shortcomings.
