邢台沙河市綦村农村面貌提升研究

【摘要】：在2010年,河北省提出要加快村镇规划的编制,以促进配套设施建设,提升乡镇建设水平,改善村庄居住条件,提升村庄面貌。这个工作思路既是我们农村工作的重点,也是广大人民群众的迫切需求。本文通过对邢台沙河市綦村农村面貌提升的研究,尝试以点带面,为河北省广大农村发展建设提供一个可以尝试的思路。研究发现沙河市綦村镇新农村社区建设存在如下问题:缺少安全饮用水,排水设施缺乏或者年久失修,基础设施配置不足,民房乱搭乱建、缺少规划等,同时綦村新社区地形破碎,建设用地选择余地小等都是其发展的制约因素。针对这些问题,从村域位置及整个村域用地入手,考虑村庄人口规模和用地规模,统筹考虑村庄发展定位,确定村庄禁建区、限建区和适建区,确定綦村新社区未来产业发展方向为:以铁矿开采加工业为依托,带动交通运输、物资流通、商业服务、信息服务等相关产业的共同发展。合理规划配建基础设施和公共服务设施,南部低层住宅区的公共设施与五龙山庄相结合,北部多层住宅区的公共服务设施与正在建设中的西苏庄生活区相结合,形成两个组团中心。规划垃圾收集设施,结合周边进行设计,在村民娱乐休闲区域设置公共厕所。从交通组织、给水、排水、电力、电信、热力、燃气、环境保护与环卫设施、防灾减灾、功能结构与景观、组团方面综合考虑,解决新农村基础建设问题。通过对新民居设计的探讨,确定新社区民居设计理念既要体现綦村特色还要为现代化居住环境营造提供一个重要的示范点,同时注重人性化设计。主要体现在:景观和设施设计体现乡土文化的特色,发挥和增强视觉效果;设计适度超前,从建筑功能考虑,设计建造节能房屋;在生活用能中尽量使用可再生能源;设计理念简洁朴素、务实实用,尽量增大建筑使用面积和使用效率。
[Abstract]:In 2010, Hebei Province proposed to speed up the planning of villages and towns to promote the construction of supporting facilities, improve the level of township construction, improve the living conditions of villages, and enhance the appearance of villages. This work idea is not only the focus of our rural work, but also the urgent needs of the broad masses of the people. This paper tries to provide a tentative idea for the rural development and construction of Hebei province through the study of the rural appearance promotion of Qi Village in Shahe City Xingtai City. The study found that the following problems exist in the construction of new rural community in Shahe Qicun: lack of safe drinking water, lack of drainage facilities or disrepair, inadequate allocation of infrastructure, random construction of houses, lack of planning, etc. At the same time, the new community in Qi Village is a restricted factor for its development, such as the broken terrain and the small choice of construction land. In view of these problems, starting with the location of village area and the whole village land use, considering the population scale and land use scale of the village, and considering the location of the village development as a whole, the forbidden area, the restricted area and the suitable area are determined. It is determined that the future industrial development direction of the new community of Qi Village is to promote the common development of related industries, such as transportation, material circulation, commercial service, information service and so on, relying on the iron ore mining and processing industry. Reasonable planning and construction of infrastructure and public service facilities, combination of public facilities in the lower residential areas in the south with Wulong Hills, and public service facilities in the multi-storey residential areas in the north with the living areas of West Suzhuang under construction, Form the center of two groups. Planning garbage collection facilities, combining with the surrounding design, in the villagers entertainment and leisure areas to set up public toilets. From the aspects of transportation organization, water supply, drainage, electric power, telecommunication, heat, gas, environmental protection and sanitation facilities, disaster prevention and mitigation, function structure and landscape, the problem of new rural infrastructure is solved. Through the discussion of the design of the new residential building, it is determined that the design idea of the new community dwelling house should not only embody the characteristics of the village but also provide an important demonstration point for the construction of the modern living environment, and pay attention to the humanized design at the same time. Mainly reflected in: landscape and facilities design reflects the characteristics of local culture, play and enhance the visual effect; the design of moderate lead, from the architectural function, design and construction of energy-efficient houses; use of renewable energy in living energy as much as possible; The design idea is simple and simple, practical and practical, as far as possible to increase the building use area and efficiency.
