高压环境安全作业在线监测与防护终端设计

【摘要】:在当今社会对安全生产要求不断提高的大背景下,电力行业安全生产更加尤为重要。伴随着高速移动通信网络技术突飞猛进的发展,利用电力行业施工现场需戴安全帽这一特点,将音视频采集装置,电场强度信号采集装置集中安装在现场工作人员的安全帽上,利用音视频技术、高压场强测量技术、无线传输技术综合实现对现场工作人员进行实时监控和安全警示,从而实现了对作业人员的全过程安全管控尤为重要。论文首先对高压环境下作业现状及安全性进行分析,结合安徽省蚌埠市高压环境下作业的具体数量、作业形式、作业地点进行详细分析,重点对影响高压环境下作业人员安全的各种危险点进行统计,归纳了现有的防范措施,分析了优缺点,通过对现有在线监测装置、场强测量装置进行调研,对软硬件结合构架方式进行搭建的基础上,提出了终端设计的总体框架。然后,在对高压环境在线监测与防护终端总体架构设计的基础上,对后台监控端的综合管理平台进行需求分析,根据需求对综合管理平台的用户管理、视频处理、界面管理以及场强报警四个功能模块进行设计。其次,对高压环境在线监测与防护终端的硬件与软件提出了设计构思。硬件部分完成主板及外围电路的具体设计,以及音视频采集、处理模块和场强采集报警模块的硬件组成。软件部分完成LINUX操作系统的移植,对各功能模块的软件设计绘制了流程图。最后,对终端进行了效果测试。本文设计的高压环境在线监测与防护终端实现了对现场工作人员的可视化管理,对高压环境工作人员起到了很好的监护与防卫作用,达到了预期的目的。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasing demands on production safety, the safety production of electric power industry is more and more important. With the rapid development of high-speed mobile communication network technology, the audio and video acquisition device and the electric field intensity signal acquisition device are centralized installed on the safety helmet of the field workers by using the characteristics of the power industry construction site to wear a safety helmet. Using audio and video technology, high-voltage field strength measurement technology, wireless transmission technology to achieve real-time monitoring and security warning for field workers, so it is very important to realize the whole process of safety control for operators. First of all, the paper analyzes the present situation and safety of work under high pressure environment, combining with the specific quantity, form and location of work under high pressure environment in Bengbu City, Anhui Province. This paper focuses on the statistics of various dangerous points affecting the safety of workers under high pressure environment, summarizes the existing preventive measures, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, and investigates the existing on-line monitoring devices and field intensity measuring devices. On the basis of building the hardware and software combined architecture, the overall framework of terminal design is put forward. Then, on the basis of the overall architecture design of the high-voltage environment on-line monitoring and protection terminal, the requirement analysis of the integrated management platform of the background monitoring terminal is carried out, and the user management and video processing of the integrated management platform are analyzed according to the demand. Interface management and field strength alarm four functional modules are designed. Secondly, the design conception of hardware and software of high-voltage online monitoring and protection terminal is put forward. The hardware part completes the concrete design of the main board and peripheral circuit, as well as the hardware composition of audio and video acquisition, processing module and field intensity acquisition and alarm module. The software part completes the transplantation of Linux operating system, and draws the flow chart of the software design of each function module. Finally, the effect of the terminal is tested. The high pressure environment on-line monitoring and protection terminal designed in this paper realizes the visual management of the field staff, and plays a very good role in monitoring and defending the high pressure environment workers, and achieves the expected purpose.
