杭嘉湖平原水网地带乡村绿道规划设计研究

【摘要】：浙江省委、省政府立足省情,提出建设“生态浙江”、“美丽浙江”的战略决策,把绿道网建设作为全省加快“生态浙江”建设工作中的重要一环,推进平原地区绿化建设,并强调绿道的规划设计应以提升水体自洁能力为主要目的,同时注重营造景观特色、提升滨水游憩功能。如何构建集生态修复、游憩、文化遗产保育等功能于一体的平原水网地带滨水型乡村绿道成为本研究的重要缘起。本文以“杭嘉湖平原水网地带乡村绿道”为载体,对滨水型乡村绿道的规划设计进行研究和分析。通过实地调研以及对杭嘉湖地区资源特征及主要问题的分析,总结出杭嘉湖地区乡村绿道的评价因子,并运用于对杭州、嘉兴、湖州三个地区具有代表性的滨水型乡村绿道的定性定量分析研究,且在此基础上搭建了平原水网地带乡村绿道优化评价指标体系,以期指导平原水网地带的滨水型乡村绿道构建。得出的主要结论为:(一)对于宏观的准则层面,环境规划在平原水网地带乡村绿道的规划设计中占据主导地位,其次是设施规划,最后是布局结构。(二)在中观的系统层面,保护利用、水廊规划、绿廊规划、场所精神这几方面的因素是影响平原水网地带的乡村绿道规划设计最为突出的因素,应得到更多的关注。其次是交通要素、设施内容的人性化设计的体现,最后,还应注意宏观网络、总体布局在规划设计中的合理运用。(三)在微观的指标层面,生态环境及场所文脉的保护与利用是影响平原水网地带乡村绿道规划设计的主要因素。依据调查分析,得出了平原水网地带乡村绿道规划设计的原则、空间范围划定及构成要素的具体设计等规划设计策略的理论体系,并以规划实践加以论证,从而为构建集生态修复、游憩、文化遗产保育等功能于一体的滨水型乡村绿道奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Zhejiang Provincial Committee, the provincial government based on the provincial situation, proposed the construction of "ecological Zhejiang", "beautiful Zhejiang" strategic decision, the green road network construction as an important part of the province to accelerate the construction of "ecological Zhejiang", promote the green construction in the plain area, and emphasize that the planning of the green road should be designed to improve the water self cleaning capacity as the main purpose. The important origin of this study is how to build the waterfront rural green road, which integrates the functions of ecological restoration, recreation, cultural heritage conservation and so on. In this paper, the planning and design of the waterfront green road is the carrier of "the village green road in the water network zone of the hang Jia Lake Plain". Through field investigation and analysis of the characteristics and main problems of Hangzhou Jihu Lake area, the evaluation factors of the rural green road in the hang Jia Lake area are summarized and used for the quantitative and quantitative analysis of the representative waterfront green road in three regions of Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Huzhou. In order to guide the construction of waterfront rural green road in plain water network area, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) the environmental planning occupies the main guiding position in the planning and design of rural green road in the plain water network area, followed by the facilities planning, and the final layout structure. Two) in the meso system level, the factors of protection and utilization, water corridor planning, green corridor planning, and the spirit of place are the most prominent factors affecting the planning and design of rural green road in the plain water network area, and more attention should be paid. Secondly, the transportation elements, the embodiment of the humanized design of the facilities content, and the macro network, should be paid attention to at the end. The rational application of the body layout in the planning and design. (three) at the micro level, the protection and utilization of the ecological environment and the context of the place are the main factors affecting the planning and design of the rural green road in the plain water network area. According to the investigation and analysis, the principle of the design of the rural green road planning in the plain water network area is drawn, the space range is delimited and the elements are made up. The theoretical system of the planning and design strategy, including the specific design, is demonstrated by the planning practice, thus laying the foundation for the construction of the waterfront green road, which integrates the functions of ecological restoration, recreation and cultural heritage conservation.
