漳梅高速公路建设的环境影响与对策研究

【摘要】：高速公路对当代经济建设发展和社会进步起着关键性作用。高速公路作为重要的交通通道,紧密地联系着城市及农村,使得客货车穿梭各省更加便捷,为全国经济又好又快发展提供更加便捷的服务。可以说高速公路的发展,有力地促进了国家经济的发展,但公路建设带来飞速发展的同时,对沿线的生态环境及自然景观也造成了一定程度的危害,甚至引起了较为严重的地质灾害。.因此,建立绿色生态高速公路,将公路建设与生态环境有机结合起来,对国家可持续发展来说具有重要现实意义。本文从“如何实现公路建设与生态环境可持续发展”的角度出发,结合绿色生态高速公路理论,以高速公路建设与运营管理中突出解决问题为切入点,选择福建漳梅高速(漳州段)为例,通过实地走访调研、分析整理资料等方式,借用一定的量化手段,深入细致地分析了高速公路建设对生态环境的影响,并对其进行了实证与理论层面反思,从而得出如何建立绿色生态高速公路的实质性结论,为加快我省绿色生态高速公路建设提供了一定的理论参考。
[Abstract]:Expressway plays a key role in the development of contemporary economic construction and social progress. Highway as an important traffic passage, closely linked with the city and rural areas, make vans shuttle through the provinces more convenient, for the national economy and rapid development to provide a more convenient service. It can be said that the development of expressway has promoted the development of national economy, but highway construction has brought about rapid development, at the same time, it has also caused some harm to the ecological environment and natural landscape along the route. Even caused more serious geological hazards. Therefore, the establishment of green ecological highway and the organic combination of highway construction and ecological environment have important practical significance for national sustainable development. From the point of view of "how to realize the sustainable development of highway construction and ecological environment" and combining with the theory of green ecological highway, this paper focuses on solving problems in expressway construction and operation management. This paper chooses Zhangmei Expressway (Zhangzhou Section) in Fujian as an example, analyzes the impact of expressway construction on ecological environment by means of field investigation, analysis and collation of data, and so on, by using certain quantitative means. The paper also makes an empirical and theoretical reflection on it, and draws the substantive conclusion on how to establish green ecological highway, which provides a certain theoretical reference for speeding up the construction of green ecological highway in our province.
