儿童坐具的用户体验设计研究
[Abstract]:As a kind of essential appliance for children to learn, live and play, it is very important for children to develop their physical and mental health. The research on the use and emotional experience of children sitting utensils has become an important research hotspot. However, the current research on children's furniture user experience mainly focuses on one dimension of product experience, visual communication experience, environmental experience or service experience. The research from the perspective of the overall user experience covering the above four elements is relatively lacking. The goal of user experience design is to investigate the design elements of user experience in order to meet the needs of users. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the design of children sitting gear from the perspective of overall user experience. In this paper, the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, user interview and other research methods are used to study the user experience design of children sitting equipment from the perspective of user experience, focusing on the user's feelings and experience needs. First of all, this study expounds the connotation of child sitting appliance, differentiates the actual user and consumer of child sitting appliance, studies the characteristics of children and parents, and then analyzes the influence and decision makers of children sitting appliance consumption behavior. The model of consumer decision-making for children sitting utensils is put forward, and the design principles of children sitting utensils are summarized according to the above research. Secondly, based on the theory of user experience, this paper defines the connotation of user experience, analyzes the elements and needs of user experience, and puts forward the framework of user experience for children. On the basis of this theory, according to the design process of product development and the interactive design process, the user experience design flow of children sitting tools is put forward, which can be used to guide the design practice and complete the verification of the design application. The main results are as follows: (1) the model of consumer decision-making for children sitting utensils is obtained. In this model, parents are decision makers and children are decision makers. They make consumer decisions under the influence of both internal and external stimuli. It is the key factor of this model. (2) the framework of user experience and the design elements of user experience are proposed. This framework covers product experience, visual communication experience, environmental experience and service experience. The design elements of product experience include function, form, color, material, structure, etc. The design elements of visual communication experience include layout design, color, graphics, text, etc. The design elements of the service experience include pre-sale service, in-sale service, after-sales service, etc. (3) the design process of user experience for children's sitting utensils is put forward. This process includes: the first stage, the use of questionnaires, user interviews, observation and other research methods to carry out demand analysis, design positioning; The second stage, the use of situational simulation method, brainstorming method to cover the product experience, visual communication experience, environmental experience and service experience of the overall conceptual design; In the third stage, the detailed design is carried out by using recursive method and computer aided design software, and in the fourth stage, the questionnaire is used to evaluate the design. Finally, after putting into production, questionnaire survey, user interview, observation and other research methods are used to carry out the experience return visit. (4) the design of three sets of schemes is completed, and the process of user experience design for children sitting tools is verified.
