厦门铁路文化公园绿道使用后评价研究

【摘要】:对废弃铁路的改造利用是近年来的研究热点。国内相关的改造举措越来越多,但是关于改造后的铁路线的使用后评价的研究几乎很少涉及,多数是关于改造方法和案例的介绍。厦门铁路文化公园绿道建成后反响较好,尚未进行使用后评价研究。基于上述原因,本论文运用使用后评价方法对厦门铁路文化公园绿道进行研究,结合环境心理学的透镜模型建立了铁路文化公园绿道的评价模型。对厦门铁路文化公园绿道进行评价,提出改善建议,为其后续改造提升提供参考依据。本文以厦门铁路文化公园绿道研究对象,结合使用后评价理论,从使用者的角度出发,对其展开了详细的研究。主要采用行为观察、访谈、调查问卷三种方式,对厦门铁路文化公园绿道使用者的基本情况和公园的各评价因素进行统计学相关数据分析。根据数据结果显示,厦门铁路文化公园绿道的景观、游憩设施、交通等方面评价较高;公园的服务设施评价较低。因子分析将原有28项评价因子简化为8项公共因子,为后续的统计分析提供了便捷;根据方差贡献率得出植物景观、文化景观、游憩设施、管理方式这四方面对公园评价的影响较大。方差分析结果显示对公园整体评价影响较大的是游客年龄、来园频率,影响较小的是游客性别、游客来源。调研主要对公园总体印象、公园植物景观、铁路文化景观、游憩设施、基础服务设施、管理方式、周边交通等几个方面进行了评价。人们对公园的总体印象较好,公园的植物景观、铁路文化景观、管理方式、周边交通的评价较好,游憩设施评价较高,但仍有需要改善之处。服务设施需要注重改善。本研究可为厦门铁路文化公园绿道的建议和改善依据,也可为其他此类研究提供参考,以促进该研究方向的进一步发展。
[Abstract]:The reconstruction and utilization of abandoned railway is a hot research topic in recent years. There are more and more relevant measures in China, but the research on post-use evaluation of retrofitted railway lines is rarely involved, most of which are about the methods and cases of retrofit. The green road of Xiamen Railway Culture Park has a good response, but has not been evaluated. Based on the above reasons, this paper uses the post-evaluation method to study the Green Road of Xiamen Railway Culture Park, and establishes the evaluation model of the Green Road of Railway Cultural Park with the lens model of environmental psychology. This paper evaluates the green road of Xiamen Railway Culture Park, and puts forward some suggestions to improve it. Based on the theory of post-use evaluation and the research object of Xiamen Railway Culture Park, this paper makes a detailed study on it from the point of view of users. By means of behavior observation, interview and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the green road users of Xiamen Railway Culture Park and the evaluation factors of the park. The results show that the landscape, recreation facilities and transportation of Xiamen Railway Culture Park are highly evaluated, while the service facilities of Xiamen Railway Culture Park are low. Factor analysis simplifies the original 28 evaluation factors into 8 common factors, which provides convenience for the subsequent statistical analysis. According to the contribution rate of variance, the plant landscape, cultural landscape, recreation facilities and management mode had a great impact on the park evaluation. The results of variance analysis showed that the main influence on the overall evaluation of the park was the tourist age, the frequency of visitors, the gender of tourists and the source of tourists. The general impression of the park, plant landscape, railway cultural landscape, recreation facilities, basic service facilities, management mode and traffic around the park were evaluated. The overall impression of the park is good, the plant landscape, railway cultural landscape, management mode, the surrounding traffic evaluation is better, the evaluation of recreational facilities is higher, but there is still need to improve. Service facilities need to be improved. This study can be used as a reference for the suggestion and improvement of the Green Road in Xiamen Railway Culture Park, and for other studies in order to promote the further development of the research direction.
