浙江中用市政园林设计公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：21世纪的快速发展使社会、经济、信息化等水平不断提高,随之而来的是社会公众对更好的生活品质的追求,园林设计的生态性、环保性日渐受到国家有关部门以及人们的重视。园林景观的设计以及建筑施工很大程度上影响和改变着人们的生活和工作环境,尤其是在我国加入WTO后,对园林设计行业提出了更高要求。本文对浙江中用市政园林设计企业进行全方位分析,结合企业在市政园林设计、工程咨询和施工等方面取得的成果,运用战略管理等管理学的相关理论,从宏观和微观角度对企业所处的竞争环境和格局进行了详细分析,同时对企业的行业结构以及目前存在的若干问题进行了剖析。最后,根据企业内外部环境分析以及对其所进行的SWOT分析,提出企业未来发展的战略目标——成长为极具核心竞争能力的综合性园林设计景观公司。任何企业的发展都面临着挑战和威胁,企业为了实现未来发展的战略目标,首先应找准自身定位,明确面临的问题。对此,文章针对性地提出企业的发展应提高自身的核心竞争力,保持战略上的灵活性,实现企业生态系统中的进化升级,成为企业生态系统中的领导者。本文结合浙江中用市政园林设计公司的发展实际,运用PEST分析法和SWOT分析法,力图通过对浙江中用市政园林设计公司发展战略的分析,为国内其它园林设计公司的未来发展前景提供借鉴,帮助中小园林设计企业突破发展掣肘,实现可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the 21st century, the level of society, economy, information technology and so on has been improved, followed by the pursuit of better quality of life by the public, and the ecology of garden design. Environmental protection has been paid more and more attention by the relevant government departments and people. Landscape design and construction greatly affect and change people's living and working environment, especially after China's entry into WTO, it puts forward higher requirements for landscape design industry. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the municipal garden design enterprises in Zhejiang Province, combines the achievements of the enterprises in the field of municipal garden design, engineering consulting and construction, and applies the related theories of management, such as strategic management, etc. In this paper, the competitive environment and pattern of enterprises are analyzed in detail from the macro and micro perspectives. At the same time, the industry structure of enterprises and some problems existing at present are analyzed. Finally, according to the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise and the SWOT analysis of the enterprise, the strategic goal of the future development of the enterprise is put forward, which is to grow into a comprehensive landscape design and landscape company with core competitive ability. The development of any enterprise is faced with challenges and threats. In order to realize the strategic goal of future development, enterprises should first find their own position and make clear the problems they face. In this paper, it is pointed out that the development of enterprises should improve their core competitiveness, maintain strategic flexibility, realize the evolution and upgrade of the enterprise ecosystem, and become the leader of the enterprise ecosystem. Combined with the development practice of Zhejiang Zhongyue Municipal Garden Design Company, this paper tries to analyze the development strategy of Zhejiang Zhongyue Municipal Garden Design Company by using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. It provides reference for the future development prospects of other garden design companies in China, and helps small and medium-sized garden design enterprises break through the development constraints and realize sustainable development.
