西安地区万达广场商业街与周边城市环境关系研究

【摘要】：我国经济的快速发展,使得城市的范围不断的扩大,城市的环境也在日益的发生着改变,城市中不断发生的多种多样的商业活动已经逐渐成为人们日常生活最重要的组成部分之一,而作为承载城市中多种多样商业活动的物质载体,传统商业建筑独立、封闭而又单一的模式已经不能满足人们日益多样化的需求,城市商业综合体以其高度的功能复合、庞大的规模、开放的空间结构和舒适的消费体验而顺应时代要求产生并得到了迅速发展。在城市商业综合体建筑中,作为其枢纽性的且最具有城市性的商业街空间已经不再像传统商业街那样仅仅具有建筑空间的作用,它还具有拓展整个城市商业综合体周边的城市公共空间、引导人流消费、延续城市文脉、承载城市公共生活等多种作用,也就是说它具有城市和建筑的双重属性,对其周边的城市环境有着不可忽视的影响。因此,对于城市商业综合体商业街与周边城市环境关系的相关研究和探讨,具有很重要的意义。本文是站在城市的视角下探讨城市商业综合体商业街与周边城市环境的关系,以西安地区近些年来最典型的商业综合体项目——万达广场为研究对象,针对其商业街和周边城市环境的关系进行深入的调研分析和探讨。本文首先对相关概念和其各自发展历程进行了论述;其次,对商业综合体商业街和周边城市环境的关系进行了认知性的研究,通过对国内外的一些相关的典型案例的分析探讨和研究,提出了空间、功能、交通、景观、场所文脉这五个方面的关系要素并加以阐释;然后基于这些关系要素,对西安地区的三个万达广场商业街与周边城市环境的关系进行深入的调研和分析;最后,在前面的工作的基础上,对三个万达广场商业街和周边城市环境关系进行了总结性的研究,提出了西安万达广场商业街与周边城市环境整合的设计策略,并指出了西安地区三个万达广场商业街和周边城市关系在设计上的不足,提出改进对策和建议。希望通过对西安地区万达广场商业街与周边城市环境关系的研究,最终为同类商业综合体商业街研究和设计中的相关问题提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of our country, the scope of the city is constantly expanding, and the environment of the city is changing day by day. The variety of commercial activities in the city has gradually become one of the most important parts of people's daily life, and as the carrier of various commercial activities in the city, the traditional commercial building is independent. The closed and single model can no longer meet the increasing diversity of people's needs, urban commercial complex with its high degree of functional composite, huge scale, The open space structure and comfortable consumption experience have come into being and developed rapidly. In the urban commercial complex, the commercial street space, which is the hub and the most urban, no longer has the function of building space just like the traditional commercial street. It also has a variety of functions, such as expanding the urban public space around the whole city's commercial complex, guiding the flow of people, continuing the urban context, and carrying on the city's public life. That is to say, it has the dual attributes of city and architecture. It has a great influence on the surrounding urban environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between commercial street and surrounding city environment. This paper discusses the relationship between the commercial complex commercial street and the surrounding urban environment from the perspective of the city, taking Wanda Square, the most typical commercial complex project in Xi'an in recent years, as the research object. The relationship between the commercial street and the surrounding city environment is investigated and analyzed. In this paper, the related concepts and their respective development process are discussed. Secondly, the relationship between the commercial complex commercial street and the surrounding urban environment is studied. Through the analysis and study of some typical cases at home and abroad, the space, function, traffic and landscape are put forward. The relation elements of these five aspects of place context are explained; Then, based on these relational elements, the relationship between the three Wanda Square Commercial Street and the surrounding urban environment in Xi'an area is investigated and analyzed deeply. Finally, on the basis of the previous work, this paper makes a summative study on the relationship between the three commercial streets of Wanda Square and the surrounding cities, and puts forward the design strategy of integrating the commercial streets of Xi'an Wanda Square with the surrounding cities. It also points out the deficiency in the design of the relationship between the three Wanda Square Commercial Street and the surrounding cities in Xi'an area, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improvement. It is hoped that the study on the relationship between Wanda Square Commercial Street and the surrounding city environment in Xi'an will provide reference and reference for the research and design of the commercial complex of the same kind of commercial complex.
