郑州市绿城百合公寓绿地景观养护措施研究

【摘要】：在发展生态文明的新世纪,为了生活环境的进一步提高,人们努力营造了各种人工生态环境,如在我们的居住区域营造绿地景观。但是,人工生态环境本身具备脆弱性特征,因此需要在营造之后加以认真养护,由此带来了一系列针对居住区绿地景观养护相关的理论和实践研究。本篇论文通过文献研究法、比较分析法、现场调研法等,基于绿地景观养护为写作背景,针对郑州市绿城百合公寓这一具体案例进行研究。首先明确绿地景观养护在居住区建设中的地位和作用,论文通过充分论证引起人们重视后期管理养护绿地景观的重要意义,同时充分阐述“三分种植,七分养护”其中深层次含义,要通过科学合理的人力、财力等相应资源配置开展居住区绿地景观良好的养护,从而使养护工作成为建设居住区环境的一个重要载体。其次对物业公司介入绿地景观管理的途径与模式进行分析,设计的科学性、合理性以及施工质量,直接关系后期养护管理工作。因此本文对负责养护的物业公司提早介入进行分析,基于居住区景观养护角度全程参与,明确居住区景观工程施工质量标准,以及后期交接工作的开展。通过物业早期介入的工作,养护工作如一根线贯穿始终,使得居住区景观设计、施工、养护成为一个完整的过程。最后制定居住区全面性系统性的绿地景观养护的技术措施,对于植物制定了针对不同季节的养护月历表;对于水景水质的处理,水循环系统的维护,制定专业有效节约的方法;对于铺装明确了材质的选择,以及常见路面问题的施工方法;对于景观小品制定修护清洁措施。这一系列的技术措施都是为了保证居住区景观环境的效果可持续发展。论文丰富了相关措施研究和借鉴案例,对与居住区绿地景观养护的专业措施具有一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the new century of developing ecological civilization, in order to further improve the living environment, people have made great efforts to create various artificial ecological environment, such as creating green landscape in our living area. However, the artificial ecological environment itself has the characteristics of fragility, so it needs to be carefully preserved after the construction, which brings a series of theoretical and practical studies on the maintenance of green space landscape in residential areas. Through literature research, comparative analysis, on-the-spot research and so on, based on the maintenance of green landscape as the writing background, this paper studies the specific case of Lilium apartment in Lucheng, Zhengzhou. First of all, make clear the status and function of green landscape maintenance in residential construction, by fully demonstrating the importance of management and maintenance of green landscape in the late stage, at the same time, fully elaborate the "three-part planting," According to the deep meaning of "seven-part maintenance", it is necessary to carry out the good maintenance of green space landscape in residential areas through the allocation of scientific and reasonable human and financial resources, so as to make the maintenance work become an important carrier for the construction of residential area environment. Secondly, the way and mode of property company's involvement in green space landscape management are analyzed. The scientific, rational and construction quality of the design are directly related to the maintenance and management work in the later period. Therefore, this paper analyzes the early intervention of the property company in charge of maintenance, and defines the construction quality standard of residential landscape engineering and the development of post-handover work based on the whole process participation of residential landscape maintenance. Through the early intervention of the property, the maintenance work runs through the whole process, which makes the landscape design, construction and maintenance of the residential area a complete process. Finally, the technical measures for comprehensive and systematic maintenance of green space landscape in residential areas are formulated, and the monthly maintenance calendar for plants in different seasons is formulated, and the treatment of water quality, the maintenance of water circulation system, and the professional and effective methods of saving are formulated. The selection of materials and the construction methods of common pavement problems are clearly defined for the pavement, and the maintenance and cleaning measures are made for the landscape sketches. This series of technical measures are to ensure the sustainable development of residential landscape environment. The paper enriches the relevant measures research and reference cases, and has a certain reference significance to the professional measures of green landscape maintenance in residential areas.
