食品纸包装安全性设计研究

【摘要】：现代社会当中的食品安全问题频频发生,让人们不禁开始对其追根溯源,发现其问题之一便是食品包装的安全问题。用材不卫生、不环保、包装造假、对食品不能起保质作用等等,这些问题都对人和环境不同程度地造成危害。食品包装是食品在生产使用过程中不可或缺的重要部分,对食品的安全性产生着极大的影响。而纸材是食品包装中的四大材料之一,本文就食品纸包装这一包装材料类别,在其安全性设计方面着重进行分析与研究。文中先分别介绍了纸包装及食品纸包装的相关概念,运用调查法和归纳法找出食品纸包装中存在的材料安全性问题,并对影响食品纸包装安全性的因素进行了综合探究。同时,本文从物质层面、人的心理和生理层面及环境的层面强调了食品纸包装的综合安全性需求,呼吁设计师在进行食品包装设计时需多方面多角度的考虑其安全性。文章根据三大层面所作出的需求分析提出了对应的设计策略。从物质层面出发,在材料和技术上对具有先进科技性的新型食品纸包装,印刷技术和防伪技术进行了重点性的归纳;从艺术设计角度考虑,在符合人的心理安全需求上,提出需从食品纸包装的视觉感和触觉感两个方面进行安全感设计;在基于人机工程学的理论上,提出食品纸包装在流通中及使用中的操作安全设计;在节约资源和环境保护的绿色设计理念下提出食品纸包装的减量化、包装功能的再利用和回收改造方面的设计。最后对文章中的论点进行了设计实践,经过对市面上出现的水果包装问题分析,结合水果、人、环境三大角度,从而设计出具有相对安全性的,能保护食品、便利消费者和有益于环境的,利于社会可持续发展的水果纸包装。本文所论述的设计原则和设计方法望能在食品纸包装实际应用中提供一定的理论参考与实用价值。
[Abstract]:The frequent occurrence of food safety problems in the modern society, people can not help tracing back to its origins, found that one of its problems is the safety of food packaging. Materials are not sanitary, environmental protection, packaging and counterfeiting, food can not play a role in quality, and so on, these problems to people and the environment to varying degrees of harm. Food packaging is an indispensable part in the process of food production and use, and has a great impact on the safety of food. Paper is one of the four major materials in food packaging. This paper focuses on the analysis and research on the safety design of food paper packaging. In this paper, the related concepts of paper packaging and food paper packaging are introduced, and the problems of material safety in food paper packaging are found out by means of investigation and induction, and the factors affecting the safety of food paper packaging are comprehensively explored. At the same time, this paper emphasizes the comprehensive safety requirements of food paper packaging from the material level, the psychological and physiological aspects and the environmental level, and calls on designers to consider the safety of food packaging design from many aspects and many angles. According to the requirement analysis of the three levels, this paper puts forward the corresponding design strategy. Starting from the material level, the new food paper packaging, printing technology and anti-counterfeiting technology with advanced science and technology are summarized in terms of material and technology. From the point of view of art design, in order to meet the needs of psychological safety, it is proposed that sense of security design should be carried out from two aspects: visual sense and touch sense of food paper packaging; Based on the theory of ergonomics, the operational safety design of food paper packaging in circulation and use is put forward. Based on the green design concept of saving resources and environmental protection, this paper puts forward the design of the reduction of food paper packaging, the reuse and recycling of packaging function. Finally, the thesis is designed in practice. After analyzing the fruit packaging problems in the market, combining the three angles of fruit, human and environment, we can design a relatively safe food that can protect food. Fruit paper packaging that is convenient to consumers and beneficial to the environment and conducive to the sustainable development of society. The design principles and methods discussed in this paper are expected to provide some theoretical reference and practical value in the practical application of food paper packaging.
