沮河黄陵县城段局部景观提升规划研究

【摘要】：沮河自西北向东南顺流而下贯穿延安市黄陵县城全境,黄陵县作为以人文历史资源而著称的旅游名地,自古相传沮河的最终形成是由于黄帝人间使命完成,玉帝派巨龙接黄帝回天宫而民众不舍,黄陵众生涕泗滂沱,眼泪自桥山汹涌而下,流入沮河汇聚成如今蜿蜒的形态。沮河自古以来作为黄陵人世世代代的母亲河,是关乎黄陵人民生产生活的重要自然资源。而其历史渊源更成为凝合黄陵文化、打造黄陵县成为全国旅游名城的重要人文情怀的支撑。城市河岸景观作为展现城市风貌、突出滨水景观特色的城市核心景观区,它对于提升城市魅力、构建生态河道体系起到的作用毋庸置疑。当前在我国对河岸景观的处理均是以功能为主的河道治理、堤坝整治加固、临河道路的贯通,在传统防洪、水系统恢复层面构成了一道坚实的屏障。而如何依照河道治理为母本,对城市河岸有横向的景观拓展和植物均等保护,以及如何通过强有力的人文文化意识形态的输出,将其融于城市河岸景观,展现出与别处完全不同的文化表达方式,达到一定程度上的宣传力度和较为广泛的影响力,则是本文试图探讨和解决的问题所在,并通过沮河黄陵县城段局部景观提升规划设计作为论证。通过对规划地块的详细考察、城市河岸景观规划设计为理论核心研究,对沮河黄陵县城段局部景观进行综合性景观提升规划设计。在此过程中结合国内外相关理论的研究进行具体分析,形成了城市河岸景观规划的理论支撑体系。本文经过对黄陵县城沮河景观提升规划总结归纳出以下结论:1.通过对黄陵县人文底蕴进行挖掘整理,在过程中提取文化层面的核心代表人物黄帝作为文化元素的代表,对其具有丰富表现力的重要贡献进行景观化罗列与沉淀,将各个元素最终聚合成匹配项目且在理论上构成完整体系的核心文化点,得出黄帝文化的集中总结,应用于各个景观节点,并以地面铺装、景墙浮雕、小品雕塑、城市家具等方式贯穿其中,体现地方文化特色。2.提升城市生态景观效应是本次规划中的又一着力点,保护原有的宏观生态体系,水土的有续保持,以及植物的本土性应用,以生态、功能、文化为核心定位,在保证生态景观为主的前提下,以受众对景观本体的感受、需求来对河岸景观提升改造。3.滨水地带的河堤整治与河岸景观的综合设计,要渗透出应有的人文关怀与以人为本的特征,打造让受众感觉舒适美好的环境,让人们体味到河岸景观带来的全方位感受,以检验河岸规划的突出性与有效性。不但要满足人们对人工环境的刚性需求,更要提前感知人对景观的反馈评价,升华河岸景观的实质内容。
[Abstract]:The Juhe River flows down from northwest to southeast throughout Huangling County, Yan'an City. Huangling County, as a famous tourist destination known for its humanistic and historical resources, has been handed down from ancient times that the ultimate formation of Juhe River is due to the completion of the mission of the Yellow Emperor on earth. Jade Emperor sent the Yellow Emperor back to the Temple of Heaven and the people did not give up, Huangling sentient snot, tears from Qiaoshan surging down, into the Ju River converged into today's winding form. Juhe River, as the mother river of Huangling people from generation to generation since ancient times, is an important natural resource related to the production and life of Huangling people. And its historical origin has become the combination of Huangling culture, to create Huangling County as a national tourism city of the important humanistic support. The urban riverbank landscape as the urban core landscape area, which displays the city style and highlights the waterfront landscape characteristics, has no doubt that it plays an important role in promoting the charm of the city and constructing the ecological river system. At present, the treatment of riverbank landscape in our country is based on the function of river treatment, dam treatment and reinforcement, river-facing roads through, in the traditional flood control, water system restoration level constitutes a solid barrier. And how to treat the river as the mother parent, how to expand the landscape and protect the plants equally on the urban riverbank, and how to integrate it into the urban riverbank landscape through the output of the strong humanistic and cultural ideology, and how to integrate it into the urban riverbank landscape through the strong output of humanistic and cultural ideology. Showing a completely different way of cultural expression, reaching a certain degree of publicity and a wide range of influence, is the problem this article is trying to explore and solve. And through the Juhe Huangling County section of the local landscape promotion planning and design as an argument. Through the detailed investigation of the planned plot, the urban riverbank landscape planning and design is the theoretical core research, and the comprehensive landscape upgrading planning and design for the local landscape of Huangling county section of Juhe River is carried out. In this process, the theoretical support system of urban riparian landscape planning is formed by analyzing the relevant theories at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the following conclusions through the landscape promotion planning of Juhe River in Huangling County: 1. Through excavating and sorting out the cultural heritage of Huangling County, the core representative figure of the cultural level, Huang Emperor, was extracted in the process as the representative of the cultural elements, and the important contributions of the cultural elements were listed and precipitated in the landscape, and its important contribution to the rich expression was listed and precipitated. Finally, each element is assembled into a matching project and the core cultural point of the complete system is formed in theory, and the centralized summary of Huangdi culture is obtained, which is applied to each landscape node, and is paved on the ground, relief of the landscape wall, and sculptured in sketches. Urban furniture and other ways run through it, reflecting the characteristics of local culture. 2. The promotion of urban ecological landscape effect is another key point in this planning, to protect the original macro-ecological system, soil and water conservation, as well as the native application of plants, with ecology, function and culture as the core positioning. On the premise of ensuring the ecological landscape, the audience's feeling of the landscape Noumenon, the demand to upgrade and transform the riparian landscape. 3. The comprehensive design of riverbank renovation and riverbank landscape in the waterfront zone should permeate the humanistic care and people-oriented characteristics, create a comfortable and beautiful environment for the audience, and let people appreciate the all-round feeling brought about by river bank landscape. In order to test the salience and effectiveness of riparian planning. It is necessary not only to satisfy people's rigid demand for artificial environment, but also to perceive the feedback evaluation of landscape in advance, and to sublimate the essence of riverbank landscape.
