中国西南地区龙虎山自然保护区喀斯特森林群落物种组成及与土壤、地质和其他环境因子的相关关系

  中国西南地区喀斯特山区是由一群具有高生物多样性和独特植被类型的独特的小型热点地区。可是喀斯特地区同时也是一种如果管理不当极易受到损害的地质环境。然而现今,由于人为活动的影响和岩溶系统的生态脆弱性,导致了一些重要的生态系统损失和一些地区石漠化,从而使得中国西南地区喀斯特森林已面临逐渐退化的危险。因此,对该地区植物群落的保护提供更多的改善管理建议、保护措施和恢复策略是十分有必要。此外,管理和修复与人为景观变化有关的植物群落,可能明显取决于我们对物种如何响应环境变化的理解。本研究的主要目的是分析龙虎山自然保护区喀斯特森林的植物物种变化(多样性,丰富度)和栖息地环境因子之间的关系。该研究除调查了物种多样性(丰富度,多样性)、物种多度(优势度,密度)的格局以及它们的生态相关性之外,还研究了植物群落的组成。本研究基于系统取样,并结合植物物种种类(多样性,多度)调查结果,以及岩石类型、环境和土壤因子的大量信息,并考虑这三类栖息地环境因子的相互作用,筛选17个样方进行了植被代表样地调查。通过使用一般线性模型/GLM(方差分析/ANOVA、协方差分析/ANCOVA,多元线性回归分析/MLR)和广义线形模...
