【摘要】：阿利克斯·科尔维尔是20世纪加拿大著名画家,他1920年出生于多伦多,后来就读于蒙特爱立森大学学习美术,1942年大学毕业,同年结婚、入伍。1944年他以战地画家的身份被派往国外记录了他对二战印象,回国之后回到母校任教。1963年他离开了学校成为了一名职业画家他的作品被加拿大国家美术馆收藏,但直到1969——1970年在汉诺威和伦敦举办画展,他才为更多人所知并获得了商业上的成功,之后他的作品在世界多地展出,并被许多美术馆和私人收藏。柯尔维尔善于从生活中寻找灵感,通过精致、反复的构图组织画面,他绘画中的气氛以宁静、空旷为主,形成在现实主义中带有神秘、象征色彩的虚幻现实主义。在同时期还有一位伟大的现实主义画家怀斯,同样出生在北美洲的两位伟大的画家表现的内容相似,但风格迥异。我在研究分析时采用举例法和比较法,通过对科尔维尔绘画特点、历史传承的逐一分析,同时通过与怀斯生活背景、作品特点的比较,从而明确的说明其作品的不同之处,进一步阐明其绘画语言的独特性。在造型的趣味上科尔维尔描绘的形象即写实但又更加概括、提炼,再加上画面中明确的结构线,构成了更加平面化的视觉效果。20世纪80年代柯尔维尔来到过中国,国内的蒋大可对柯尔维尔的研究结合画家的人生经历对其绘画特点分析、对传统的继承以及绘画形式内容的分析。其他国内对柯尔维尔的研究也大多类似,多发表于期刊。国外研究柯尔维尔绘画的也是屈指可数,最有代表性的是加拿大的大卫.宾纳写的《论柯尔维尔的艺术》,他的研究是通过结合画家的人生经历、受到的教育来分析不同时期柯尔维尔的绘画风格特点,以及画家如何从身边的记忆中提取素材并完成作品。就科尔维尔这位画家而言国内的相关研究资料较少,更为人熟知的是怀斯。用两位地域相似、表现题材相似的画家去做比较分析也非常有意义。
[Abstract]:Alex Colville, a famous Canadian painter on 20th century, was born in Toronto in 1920, studied art at Monterey Ellison University, graduated from college in 1942, and got married in the same year. In 1944 he was sent abroad as a war painter to record his impressions of World War II and returned to his alma mater to teach. In 1963 he left the school to become a professional painter and his works were collected by the National Gallery of Canada. But it was not until he held exhibitions in Hanover and London in 1969-1970 that he became more known and commercially successful, and his works were exhibited in many places around the world. By many art galleries and private collections. Colville is good at looking for inspiration from life, through exquisite, repeated composition of the picture, his painting atmosphere with quiet, empty, formed in realism with mystery, Illusory realism of symbolic color. At the same time, there was also a great realistic painter, Wise, who was born in North America, and the two great painters who were born in North America did the same thing. His research is to analyze the characteristics of Colville's painting style in different periods by combining the painter's life experience and education.
