【摘要】：在经济活动日益频繁的今天，我国企业内部采购及项目实施均隐藏着日益巨大的管控风险。作为一个以无线增值服务为核心业务的公司如何有效的规避专业装修工程中的风险，有效的进行项目风险管理，有效的对这些资本支出进行流程风险控制，也成为一个新的课题。基于此，本文运用项目管理理论和风险控制理论结合实际情况采用个案研究以广州富力中心办公装修采购项目为例、通过文献调研查找办公装修类采购风险实例、结合工作中取得的实际数据进行实证分析和并建立风险管理相关模型运用到广州富力中心办公装修采购项目进行模型拟合等方法，以期建立一套适合此类装修项目的风险管理控制系统。本文的主要内容包括：第一部分是绪论。介绍了办公室装修项目风险管理研究背景、研究意义，确立研究的主要内容和研究框架。第二部分是广州富力中心办公装修采购项目风险管理影响因素分析。通过对卓望数码广州富力中心办公装修采购项目进行分析，将装修采购项目划分为六个阶段，找出其风险管理影响因素主要为风险管理主体、核心、目标和方法。第三部分是建立广州富力中心办公装修采购项目采购风险管理模型，提出了基于WSR系统综合集成方法论的模型，确定了基于WSR的采购过程集成、风险管理目标、风险管理过程、风险管理组织和风险管理方法的集成。第四部分对广州富力中心办公装修采购项目采购风险管理模型以风险管理过程为基础进行实现，得出相应的实现结果。本文撰写以个案研究和文献研究相结合，在以卓望数码广州富力公司中心装修项目采购风险研究的基础上，对各阶段风险管理进行了分析研究。以理论为指导，以实践为依据，采用WBS系统方法和综合集成方法，确定出装修项目采购风险指标模型，运用了WBS(工作结构分解)和德尔菲法（专家意见法）进行风险识别、采用了风险矩阵分析进行风险评估和建立控制模型进行风险控制将卓望数码广州富力公司中心装修项目中的采购风险指标和数据进行实证分析，明确此模型的拟合度和风险管理的实际效果。本文所取得的主要成果有：理论成果在于对依据管理学原理、项目管理理论以及项目风险管理理论中相关理论，构建能够识别风险、预防风险和控制风险的机制。实践成果在于通过分析企业办公装修采购项目特性，同时依据生命周期理论对其进行招标采购到实施阶段的划分，收集相关资料，进行了风险识别和因素分析，提出了相应的风险防控措施，以期达到一个可供通用的标准流程，，在类似项目中借鉴。
[Abstract]:In today's increasingly frequent economic activities. As a company with wireless value-added service as the core business, how to effectively avoid the risks in the professional decoration project is hidden in the internal procurement and project implementation of Chinese enterprises. Effective project risk management, effective control of these capital expenditure process risk, but also become a new topic. Based on this. In this paper, project management theory and risk control theory combined with the actual situation using a case study of office decoration procurement project in Guangzhou Forty Center as an example, through literature research to find office decoration procurement risk examples. Combined with the actual data obtained in the work empirical analysis and the establishment of risk management model applied to the office decoration procurement project of Guangzhou Fuli Center for model fitting and so on. In order to set up a set of risk management and control system suitable for this kind of decoration project. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part is introduction. It introduces the background and significance of the research on risk management of office decoration project. The second part is the analysis of the risk management factors of office decoration procurement project in Guangzhou Fortitude Center. Through the analysis of Zhuo Wang digital office decoration procurement project of Guangzhou Fu Li Center. . The decoration procurement project is divided into six stages to find out its risk management factors are the main risk management, the core. The third part is to establish the procurement risk management model of office decoration procurement project in Guangzhou Forty Center, and put forward the model based on WSR system integration methodology. The procurement process integration, risk management goal and risk management process based on WSR are determined. The integration of risk management organization and risk management method. 4th part of the office decoration procurement project procurement risk management model based on risk management process to achieve the corresponding results. This paper is based on the case study and literature study, based on the research on procurement risk of the central decoration project of Guangzhou Fulik Company. The risk management of each stage is analyzed and studied. Guided by theory and based on practice, the index model of procurement risk of decoration project is established by using WBS system method and comprehensive integration method. WBS (work structure decomposition) and Delphi (expert opinion) are used to identify the risk. Risk matrix analysis is used to carry out risk assessment and risk control model is set up to carry out risk control. The purchasing risk indicators and data in the central decoration project of Zhuo Wang Digital Guangzhou Fuli Company are analyzed empirically. The fitting degree of this model and the actual effect of risk management are clarified. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: the theoretical results are based on the management theory, project management theory and project risk management theory of related theories, the construction can identify risks. The mechanism of risk prevention and risk control. The practical achievement lies in the analysis of the characteristics of office decoration procurement project, and the classification of bidding procurement to the implementation stage according to the life cycle theory, and the collection of relevant information. Risk identification and factor analysis are carried out, and corresponding risk prevention and control measures are put forward, in order to achieve a general standard flow, which can be used for reference in similar projects.
