【摘要】: 艺术产业运营策略即在一定的时期内对艺术产业的运作与营销进行全局性的艺术策划,运用人的智能,对艺术产业即将进行的各运营活动环节进行合理的预测、分析,使之能更加有效的完成。艺术产业运营策略策划的内涵属性实际上就是艺术产业运营的艺术策划,在艺术产业运营之前,通过一些市场数据调查,,对艺术产业运营实践活动所做的构思、计划、设想、假设、预测等活动是艺术产业运营策略的具体表现形式,它的出现就是为了指导艺术产业的运营,帮助其顺利、有效地完成,达到所要实现的目标。艺术产业运营策略的策划是艺术策划主体通过对人文环境的市场调查和系统的分析,利用已经掌握有关的产业资料,利用现有的运营技术手段,科学地、合理地,有效地推动艺术产业的进程,并且提前判断艺术产业运营活动开展的顺利程度及效果。艺术产业运营策略是一种功利性较强的人类智能活动,它的活动基础是准确的市场数据的获取与分析整理,抓住艺术市场在一定时间的发展规律,预测艺术消费行情近期走势,有针对性、有目的性的去满足社会的精神文化需求和艺术审美需要,不断赢得群众,扩大艺术产业市场占有,提升艺术运营能力,提高艺术企业能力,形成一定的核心运营能力,造成竞争优势的产生,让艺术运营企业在竞争激烈的艺术市场中立于不败之地。 艺术产业运营策略属于艺术产业运营宏观策划的范畴,属于艺术产业运营策划方法的集合。它从广义的角度来考虑如何策划解决艺术运营企业与艺术市场之间的关系、艺术产业运营环节与艺术消费者之间的关系,并以艺术产业运营策略方法来提高艺术产业运营能力,提升艺术运营企业的整体企业能力,培养艺术企业核心运营能力,形成竞争优势,直接为艺术产业运营企业创造一定的社会效益与经济收益。
