【摘要】：我们的世界已经进入了高度发展的文明阶段,文化产业也日益繁荣。艺术品市场更是文化产业中举足轻重的组成部分。艺术品市场已是继房地产、股票市场之后的第三大主流投资渠道,是资金相对较好的避风港。世界各国均意识到文化产业在经济转型中的重要意义,美国、英国、德国、法国、俄罗斯、意大利、西班牙等国家都将文化产业提高到了前所未有的战略高度,并加大了对文化产业的投入与研究,纷纷拟定了对文化产业振兴发展的战略。中国的艺术品投资市场潜力巨大,目前仍处于上升的通道中。在全球经济低迷、我国经济发展增速放缓以及经济转型的大环境下,快速发展的艺术品市场越来越多的引起了大家的关注。当前国内银行储蓄利率远远跑不赢实际的通货膨胀,国家近期也加大了对房地产投资调控的力度,股票市场持续的低迷,投资资金没有出口,而艺术品市场从2007年开始走强,极具投资价值,其中翡翠、和田玉、奇石玛瑙等表现尤为突出,均有数十倍的涨幅,单品过亿的藏品频频出现在各类艺术品拍卖的会场。我国的艺术品投资市场整体上已经度过了初级的发展阶段,是各路游资最喜欢的炒作场所。艺术品投资市场的空间也被逐步的扩大,与之配套的各项法律法规、政策制定也走向了规范化的进程。经营艺术品投资的企业应看好当前宏观形势,把握经济转型振兴文化产业市场的机会,与艺术品投资市场一起走一条健康的可持续发展的道路。本文以名画玉髓珠宝行经营管理策略为主要思路,以经营海洋玉髓产品的名画玉髓珠宝行为实际案例,深入探讨当前文化产业蓬勃发展的趋势下,艺术品市场不断壮大并充满活力的市场下,名画玉髓珠宝行努力在经营模式与管理上探索与创新,并寻找并应用适合企业自身发展的经营管理模式。
