浅析当代中国公共艺术

【摘要】：九十年代以来，公共艺术这一全新的概念进入中国艺术家的视野。本文将当代中国公共艺术作为研究主题，并对公共艺术的一些现象做出分析和反思。公共艺术的概念是一个十分复杂的问题。论文首先从社会学的角度对与“公共艺术”相关的概念——“公众”、“公共”、“公共空间”做出阐述，并对公共艺术的内涵作了进一步解释；对公共艺术的形态和形式、公共艺术产生和历史进程等作了较为系统地梳理，探讨了公共艺术与环境艺术之间的密切关系。中国当代公共艺术的发展中诸多问题值得反思，本文对与当代公共艺术相关的问题作了分析探讨。这些问题是：对公共艺术主体的认识、公共艺术家对艺术语言及形式的理解、公共艺术决策问题以及公共艺术制度等。对这些问题的分析有助于深刻理解对公众产生影响的诸多因素，，有助于理解中国当代公共艺术发展现状和问题。从而为中国公共艺术的发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990 s, the new concept of public art has entered the field of vision of Chinese artists. This article regards contemporary Chinese public art as the research theme, and makes an analysis and reflection on some phenomena of public art. The concept of public art is a very complex problem. Firstly, the paper expounds the concepts related to "public art"-"public" and "public space" from the angle of sociology, and further explains the connotation of public art, and gives a further explanation of the form and form of public art. The emergence and historical process of public art are systematically combed, and the close relationship between public art and environmental art is discussed. Many problems in the development of contemporary public art in China are worthy of reflection. This paper makes an analysis and discussion on the problems related to contemporary public art. These problems are: the understanding of public art subject, the understanding of art language and form by public artists, the decision-making of public art and the system of public art. The analysis of these problems is helpful to understand the factors that affect the public deeply, and to understand the current situation and problems of the development of contemporary public art in China. So as to provide a reference for the development of Chinese public art.
