《送你一束山楂花》翻译实践报告

【摘要】：此次的翻译是我国当代著名作家陈忠实的短篇小说《送你一束山楂花》。《送你一束山楂花》这篇小说出版于1984年，约一万字，选自《陈忠实文集文集贰（1983-1984）》是陈忠实的又一短篇小说力作。本文通过描写乡村青年黄草在女青年山楂帮助之下的文学创作之路，体现了黄草对于文学创作的热爱及矢志不渝的执着精神及山楂乐于助人的高尚情操，体现了那个时代人与人之间简单纯朴的友爱关系和真善美的人性光辉。在本篇小说中，作者以细腻的笔法详细描述了男主人公丰富的心理活动，，其对山楂的爱慕心理尤为得到了充分展示。本文在国内尚未有译本，所以笔者认为这篇佳作应该被立即翻译成英文，让更多的外国人体会中国文学的精华，得到思想境界的提升。 对于这篇小说的译文而言，本报告把出现的问题及其解决问题的过程分成了三章。在第一章中，译者着重进行了词汇案例分析，对于词汇翻译，在词类选择这一重点部分当中，译者通过词义选择，词类转换，补词，省略四个方面的词汇案例来进行分析。在词义选择中，分为直译与意译，根据上下文和词的搭配，词类还有专有词汇选择词义，进行探究，对于一些重要名字和中国地方特色的翻译也要根据名字自身的含义或是自身的特点处理，只有这样才有助于目标语读者和源语读者在相应历史背景下理解译文。对于四人帮的翻译正是由于以上因素而选择了正确译法。在第二章中，译者主要是解决小说中一些句子的译法，译者在翻译一些长难句时，采用了顺句操作，句式重构和增删重组等翻译句法的策略。接着，作者针对句子翻译出现的一些问题加以总结归纳。第三章，进行译后反思，翻译的过程当中要考虑原作的时代背景，作品的思想内容和写作风格，对于词语和句子都运用正确的翻译策略和方法才能够获得质量较高的译文。
[Abstract]:This translation is a short story by Chen Zhong, a famous contemporary writer in China. "send you a bouquet of Hawthorn flowers." this novel was published in 1984, about 10,000 words, selected from "Chen Zhongwen Collection II (1983 / 1984)" is another short story by Chen Zhong. By describing the road of literary creation of rural youth yellow grass with the help of female young Hawthorn, this paper reflects Huang Cao's love and unswervingly persistent spirit of literary creation and Hawthorn's noble sentiment of helping others, and reflects the simple and simple friendly relationship between people and the brilliance of human nature of truth, goodness and beauty. In this novel, the author describes the rich psychological activities of the hero in detail with delicate strokes, especially his affection for Hawthorn. There is no translation in China, so the author thinks that this good work should be translated into English immediately, so that more foreigners can understand the essence of Chinese literature and improve their ideological realm. For the translation of the novel, this report divides the problems that arise and the process of solving them into three chapters. In the first chapter, the translator focuses on lexical case analysis. For lexical translation, in the key part of part-of-speech selection, the translator analyzes lexical cases from four aspects: word meaning selection, part-of-speech conversion, complement and omission. In the choice of word meaning, it is divided into literal translation and free translation. According to the collocation of context and word, parts of speech and proprietary words are selected to explore the meaning of words. The translation of some important names and Chinese local characteristics should also be dealt with according to the meaning of the name itself or its own characteristics. Only in this way can the target language readers and the source language readers understand the translation under the corresponding historical background. It is because of the above factors that the translation of the Gang of four has chosen the correct translation method. In the second chapter, the translator mainly solves the translation of some sentences in the novel. When translating some long and difficult sentences, the translator adopts the strategies of sentence operation, sentence pattern reconstruction, addition and deletion reorganization and so on. Then, the author summarizes some problems in sentence translation. The third chapter, in the process of translation, we should consider the background of the original work, the ideological content and writing style of the work, and use the correct translation strategies and methods for words and sentences in order to obtain a better translation quality.
