【摘要】：包天笑是晚清时期影响很大的文学翻译家之一,他采用晚清译界普遍采用的"译述法"翻译了一批外国小说作品。包氏译作在总体上体现了晚清文学向现代文学的过渡性特征,其所采用的浅近文言是传统文言文向现代白话文过渡的特殊产物,它既具有文言文雅洁简明、节奏抑扬的特色,又具备了现代白话文浅近明快、通俗易懂的某些特点,对于推动近代中西文学交流、加快现代语言革新做出了一定的贡献。
[Abstract]:Bao Tianxiao is one of the most influential literary translators in the late Qing Dynasty. He translated a number of foreign novels with the "translation and description method", which is widely used in the late Qing translation circles. In general, Bao's translation reflects the transitional characteristics between the late Qing Dynasty literature and modern literature. The shallow and near classical Chinese is the special product of the transition from the traditional classical Chinese to the modern vernacular. It has the characteristics of elegant and concise classical Chinese and concise rhythm, as well as some characteristics of modern vernacular, which is shallow and quick and easy to understand. To promote the modern Chinese and Western literary exchanges, to speed up the modern language innovation has made a certain contribution.
