从巴黎歌剧院的成功经验试论中国国家大剧院的经营管理

【摘要】：举世瞩目的中国国家大剧院建成在即,但它的性质和管理模式至今仍没有定论。本文通过介绍世界著名剧院——法国巴黎歌剧院在管理体制、机构设置、人员编制、经费和节目制作等方面的经验和做法,结合中国在文化政策和艺术管理上的实际情况,简要论述了中国国家大剧院在将来的经营管理中应遵循的原则和应采取的做法:在管理体制上坚持公益性原则,在经营活动中走企业发展的道路,在节目安排上坚持高质量、高品位的标准,通过严格的管理、优质的服务、高水平的节目和低廉的票价使中国国家大剧院成为一座真正的艺术殿堂。
[Abstract]:The construction of China National Grand Theater is imminent, but its nature and management mode are still uncertain. This paper introduces the experiences and practices of the world-famous theatre, the Paris Opera House of France, in the aspects of management system, institutional setup, staffing, funding and program production, and combines the actual situation of China's cultural policy and art management. This paper briefly discusses the principles and measures to be followed in the future operation and management of China's National Grand Theater: adhering to the principle of public welfare in the management system, following the road of enterprise development in the course of management, and insisting on the high quality of the program arrangement. High-grade standards, through strict management, quality service, high level programs and low fares make China National Theatre a true art palace.
