【摘要】:地铁车站的标识不仅仅要具有导向性,向乘客们提供准确的乘车信息,更应该成为宣传一座城市精神文明和历史文化的窗口。与其他城市相比,西安地铁车站标识具有浓厚的地域色彩,标识均采用“城墙章”式的矩形图案,并将西安特有的历史文化与城市地标性建筑相结合,从实用层面和艺术层面完美体现了古都西安的多元性;此外,结合沿线历史遗迹和地标性建筑,每一站均设有独立并与其场所相呼应的站名标识。如何全面深入解读西安地铁车站标识所要传达的意义,进而更好地了解西安的历史文化已成为一个重要课题。然而,以往对这类图标的分析都是从功能,美学以及设计学角度进行的,很少有学者从语言学角度对其进行分析。20世纪90年代中期,由Kress van Leeuwen提出的多模态话语分析理论引起了国内外语言学界的广泛关注。多模态话语分析是在Halliday的系统功能语法基础上发展起来的,主要借鉴了“语言是社会符号”和“意义潜势”这两种观点,并认为诸如图片、颜色、动作、声音等模态也跟语言一样可以构建意义。多模态话语分析被广泛用于分析广告、海报、奥运会会徽、电影、诗歌等,但对图标的研究尚不多见。与传统的地铁车站标识不同,西安地铁车站标识是由图像,文字以及颜色组成,这为多模态语篇研究提供了一个很好的文本。从多模态角度来分析西安地铁车站标识中的西安地域文化,既有理论意义,也有实践意义。理论上来说,它证明了多模态话语分析理论框架下研究西安地铁车站标识的可行性,并为多模态话语分析提供了一个新的方向,这无疑拓展和丰富了多模态语篇的研究领域。从实践意义上来说,首先,本研究为人们研究地铁标识提供了一个新的视角;其次,该研究不仅有助于国内外人们更好地了解西安历史文化,而且对提高人们的多模态语篇的识读能力也有一定的作用;再次,本文对其他城市地铁标识的设计以及西安地铁车站标识今后的发展也具有一定的参考价值。本文采取的是理论研究和语料分析相结合的定性研究方法。首先从西安地铁一号线的19个标识中选取了10个作为研究对象,以Kress van Leeuwen构建的视觉语法为理论框架,对所选取的标识分别从再现意义、互动意义以及构图意义三个方面进行多模态话语分析,并结合每一站的相关文化和历史典故等分析了西安地铁车站标识语篇在展现西安地域文化中的作用。而后,本文选取西安地铁车站的整体标识作为语料,对该标识中的文字和图片分别进行了分析,进而探讨了西安地铁车站标识中各种模态之间是如何相互作用并构建意义的。通过研究分析,本文得出以下结论:第一,西安地铁车站标识中的再现意义向读者们描述了一个特定事件,主要是通过叙事过程和概念过程来实现。第二,西安地铁车站标识中,读者和设计者之间的互动主要是通过互动意义中的接触,社会距离以及情态来实现的。第三,对于构图意义,西安地铁车站标识主要体现了信息值和显著性。第四,西安地铁车站标识十分注重意义、图像、颜色、图像与文字等模态之间的相互作用。站名标识形态特征与站名相互补充,使得标识既具有视觉美,又体现了浓厚的地域文化。总而言之,在西安地铁车站标识这个多模态语篇中,各种符号模态之间相互补充。图像、颜色、标识形态、字体、文字等模态都参与了意义构建,忽略任何一种模态都不能充分解读其意义。
[Abstract]:Subway station logo should not only have oriented, to provide accurate information to the bus passengers, should become a propaganda city spiritual civilization and the history and culture of the window. Compared with other city, Xi'an subway station mark with strong local color, logo adopts "rectangular pattern wall chapter", and Xi'an's unique historical culture and City landmark combination, from the practical level and the artistic level perfectly reflects the diversity of the ancient capital of Xi'an; in addition, along with historical sites and landmarks, each station is equipped with independent and its place echoes the station name logo. How in-depth interpretation of the Xi'an subway station identification to convey meaning, and a better understanding of the history and culture of Xi'an has become an important topic. However, the previous analysis of this kind of icon is from the function, aesthetics and design Point of view, few scholars have analyzed the.20 century mid 90s on it from the perspective of linguistics, the theory of multimodal discourse analysis proposed by Kress van Leeuwen attracted wide attention at home and abroad in the field of linguistics. Multimodal discourse analysis is developed on the basis of Halliday's systemic functional grammar, mainly referring to the "language is this two views of social symbol" and "meaning potential", and that such as picture, color, movement, sound mode as the language can be constructed. Multimodal discourse analysis is widely used in the analysis of advertising, posters, the emblem of the Olympic Games, film, poetry and so on, but the research on the icon is still rare. Different from the traditional subway station of Xi'an subway station logo, logo is composed of image, text and color composition, which provides a good text for the study of multimodal discourse analysis from the perspective of multimode state. Xi'an subway station sign in Xi'an regional culture, has the theory significance, but also have practical significance. In theory, it is proved that the feasibility analysis of Xi'an subway station identification theory under the framework of multimodal discourse, and provides a new direction for multimodal discourse analysis, which will undoubtedly expand and enrich the research the field of multimodal discourse. From the practical point of view, first of all, this study provides a new perspective for people on the subway sign; secondly, the study will not only help people at home and abroad to better understand the history and culture of Xi'an, and to improve the ability of reading people's multimodal discourse also have certain the role of; again, this paper also has some reference value to other city Metro logo design and logo of Xi'an subway station development in the future. This paper takes the theoretical research and data analysis combining set Research methods. From the first 19 mark of Xi'an Metro Line in 10 selected as the research object, to construct Kress van Leeuwen visual grammar as the theoretical framework for the selected identity respectively from the three aspects of representational, interactive and compositional meaning of multimodal discourse analysis, and combined with each station related cultural and historical allusions of the Xi'an subway station logo text on the show in Xi'an regional culture. Then, this paper selects the overall identity of Xi'an subway station as the corpus, the logo in the text and pictures are analyzed, and then discusses the various modes between Xi'an subway station is how to identify the interaction and meaning construction. Through research and analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, the Xi'an subway station logo in the reproduction of the meaning to the reader to describe a particular thing A, is mainly realized through the narrative process and concept. In second, the Xi'an subway station identification, interaction between the reader and the designer is mainly through the interactive meaning of contact, social distance and modality to achieve. Third, the meaning of composition, Xi'an subway station identification mainly reflects the information value and significance. Fourth, the Xi'an subway station logo is very emphasis on meaning, image, color, interaction between image and text mode. And the name of complementary station name identifies the morphological characteristics, the identification not only has the beauty of vision, but also reflects the strong regional culture. All in all, in the subway station in Xi'an, identifying the multimodal discourse. Complement each other between the various semiotic modes. Image, color, font, text and other forms of identification, modal are involved in the meaning construction, ignore any kind of mode can not fully interpret its meaning.
