新疆大泉乡塔塔尔语濒危现象调查

【摘要】：近年来，语言濒危现象研究已成为国内外语言学界众多语言学家研究的热门话题。国内少数民族语言学家以此为切入点，讨论研究中国个别少数民族语言的使用及保护情况。作为我国人口较少民族之一，本次调查将以塔塔尔语为例，从研究新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉回族自治州奇台县大泉塔塔尔乡塔塔尔语的使用出发，分析塔塔尔语的濒危现状，并探讨造成这一现象的原因。本研究对新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉回族自治州奇台县大泉塔塔尔乡70位来自不同家庭的塔塔尔族人或与塔塔尔族人通婚的少数民族进行了问卷调查，，并与其中7位被访者进行了访谈。本研究中采用的问卷，是以丁石庆、王远新和联合国教科文组织调查特定族群语言活力程度所使用的研究问卷为基础，稍事整合修订而成。使用SPSS18.0统计软件对调查数据进行频率分析。与此同时，结合社会文化和双语教育政策等方面因素，对统计结果进行定性分析，进一步阐述说明当地塔塔尔语濒危现象的原因。通过研究发现新疆维吾尔族自治区昌吉回族自治州奇台县大泉塔塔尔乡塔塔尔语言符合联合国教科文组织颁布的衡量语言濒危等级的指标体系，已呈现出濒危的态势。笔者对大泉乡塔塔尔语濒危现象产生的原因进行了进一步探讨，发现原因有四：有限的语言使用人口，当地人口分布，族际婚姻频繁以及当地语言教育情况。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the study of language endangered phenomenon has become a hot topic for many linguists at home and abroad. To discuss and study the use and protection of individual minority languages in China. As one of the minority ethnic groups in China, this survey will take Tattar as an example. Based on the study of the use of Tattar language in Datar Township of Qitai County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, this paper analyzes the present situation of Tattar's endangered situation, and probes into the causes of this phenomenon. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 70 Tatar ethnic groups from different families or intermarried with Tatar people in Qitai County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. The questionnaire used in this study is based on the questionnaire used by Ding Shiqing, Wang Yuanxin and UNESCO to investigate the language vitality of specific ethnic groups. Using the SPSS18.0 statistical software to analyze the frequency of the survey data. At the same time, combining the sociocultural and bilingual education policies and other factors, the statistical results are qualitatively analyzed. Explain the reason of the endangered phenomenon in the local Tattar language. Through the study, it is found that the Tattar language of Daquan Tattar Township, Qitai County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, conforms to the index system promulgated by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization to measure the endangered level of the language. The author further discusses the causes of the endangered phenomenon in Tatar language in Daquan Township, and finds that there are four reasons: limited language use population, local population distribution, Frequent inter-ethnic marriages and local language education.
