基于ESP理论的法律汉语教材研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的深入和经济的发展,中国与国际间的交流与合作也日益频繁,更多的留学生选择来华留学。随着孔子学院在国外的推广,提高了来华的留学生的语言水平。近些年来华的留学生学历教育逐渐增长,在他们所选的汉语课程中,专门用途汉语已经成为一门新兴的汉语课程,而近些年选择学习法律汉语也成为了热门。法律汉语课程的设立,极大的满足了学习者的学习需求,也使中国的法律在跨文化交际中得到了传播。在我国国民经济飞速发展,法律体系基本形成的今天,深入开展对法律汉语教材的研究及教学,以此提高法律汉语教学效果,完善对外汉语学科建设,促进文化交流有着重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。 本文通过对法律汉语教材的研究,结合一定的教学策略,分析了法律汉语课堂教学中出现的问题,并提出建议,以期为对外汉语教学贡献绵薄之力。 本文的结构分为以下几部分: 绪论部分介绍了选题的背景,选题的意义,研究方法和理论依据。 第一章文献综述介绍专门用途汉语教材以及法律汉语教材编写研究的现状。 第二章介绍了法律汉语相关的教学要素分析,教学策略分析以及在教学中的问题与教学对策。 第三章对《中国法律专业汉语教程》和《法律汉语商事篇》两部教材进行了对比,并分析了其优缺点。 第四章对法律汉语教材建设提出了构想。 结语部分,总结本文的研究内容和得出的结论,并阐述本文的创新之处与不足之处。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of the economy, exchanges and cooperation between China and the international community are increasingly frequent. More and more students choose to study in China. It has improved the language proficiency of foreign students who have come to China. In recent years, the education of academic qualifications of foreign students in China has gradually increased. Among the Chinese courses they have chosen, special-purpose Chinese has become a new Chinese course. In recent years, the choice of learning legal Chinese has become a hot topic. The establishment of legal Chinese course greatly meets the needs of learners, and makes Chinese law spread in cross-cultural communication. Today, when the legal system is basically formed, the research and teaching of legal Chinese teaching materials are deeply carried out in order to improve the teaching effect of legal Chinese and perfect the discipline construction of Chinese as a foreign language. Promoting cultural exchange has important practical significance and profound historical significance. Based on the study of legal Chinese teaching materials and some teaching strategies, this paper analyzes the problems in legal Chinese teaching and puts forward some suggestions in order to contribute to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. The structure of this paper is divided into the following parts:. The introduction introduces the background, significance, research methods and theoretical basis of the topic. The first chapter introduces the literature review and the current situation of the research on the compilation of legal Chinese textbooks. The second chapter introduces the analysis of teaching elements, teaching strategies, teaching problems and teaching countermeasures. In chapter three, the author compares the Chinese course of Chinese for Chinese legal Specialty and the Commercial text of legal Chinese, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. Chapter 4th puts forward some ideas on the construction of legal Chinese teaching materials. The conclusion part summarizes the research content and the conclusion of this paper, and expounds the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
