初级对外汉语教材生词英译问题考察

【摘要】:对外汉语教材作为中华文化传播的载体之一,在传播中华语言、文化的过程中起到重要作用。在对外汉语教学中,教材是学生学习汉语的第一手材料,而教材中的英文翻译便是母语非汉语学习者学习汉语词汇的主要媒介。因此,英语翻译的准确与否,直接影响着汉语学习效果。教材生词表的英译是一个完整教学周期的先行者,符合两种语言规律的英文翻译有助于学习者在“正迁移”作用下,顺利构建中介语。本文针对当前对外汉语教材英文翻译存在的问题展开研究,以期提出合理建议,尽量减少因词汇英文翻译不当对汉语学习者造成的影响。全文共六章,主要分为绪论、主体、结论三大部分。第一章绪论,首先对对外汉语教材的生词英文翻译进行了现状分析,同时介绍研究的理论依据和方法。第二章通过考察分析初级《汉语教程》第一册、第二册和初级《发展汉语》、《新实用汉语课本》的生词英译情况总结释义方面的问题,主要有:词义与课文相脱离,对译词词义存在差异,词的附加意义、用法以及对虚词、量词的翻译不准确等。本章的调查问卷旨在了解留学生对生词释义内容和形式以及对《汉语教程》生词释义效果的看法。第三章针对以上问题,从教材的选词标准、汉英词汇对比、跨文化交际等角度对英译问题产生的原因进行初步探究与讨论。第四章根据翻译存在的问题归纳偏误的类型。为了增强文章的说服力,本章还将部分有代表性的目标词在HSK动态作文语料库中进行了检索,找到了相关的偏误案例,总结出留学生习得偏误和教材存在的英文注释问题有一定的相关性。第五章对教材中的生词英译及原则提出建议。第六章结语,总结全文,并指出不足之处。
[Abstract]:Foreign language teaching materials as a carrier of Chinese culture, in the dissemination of Chinese language, plays an important role in the process of culture. In foreign language teaching, teaching is the students learning Chinese first-hand materials and materials in the English translation is the main media of non-native Chinese learners to learn Chinese vocabulary. Therefore, English the translation is accurate or not directly affects the efficiency of Chinese learning. English translation textbook vocabulary is a pioneer of a complete teaching cycle, consistent with the two kinds of language rules English translation helps learners in "positive transfer" function, the construction of interlanguage. The third chapter, from the teaching material selection standards, the comparison between English and Chinese vocabulary, reasons of intercultural perspective on English translation of the preliminary inquiry and discussion. In order to enhance the persuasive, this chapter will also be part of the representative of the target words in HSK dynamic composition corpus in the case retrieval, find errors, summed up the English annotation errors made by foreign students and teaching materials have a certain correlation. The fifth chapter suggestions for English translation of new words and principles of textbooks. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text, and points out the inadequacies.
