庭审口译的异化和归化——以目的原则为视角

【摘要】：新疆作为一个多民族聚居地区,在法庭审判当中,势必会涉及诸多民汉双语庭审口译问题。文章基于真实的维汉双语庭审语料,对新疆庭审口译中的异化和归化做了初步实证性分析,讨论了庭审口译人员是如何在目的原则的指导之下,有目的地分别采取异化和归化的一系列翻译方法的。文章得出了一个尝试性的结论:新疆庭审口译所遵循的最高原则是目的原则,翻译目的决定着整个庭审口译的全过程,异化和归化只是实现翻译目的的策略和手段,并由翻译目的所决定,它们并不相互排斥,是辩证统一的关系。最后,针对新疆庭审口译的现状,对于如何加强和改善新疆庭审口译工作,文章也提出了一些建设性的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang, as a multi-ethnic region, is bound to involve many issues of interpretation in court trials. The article is based on the true Uygur and Chinese bilingual trial corpus. This paper makes a preliminary empirical analysis of alienation and domestication in the interpretation of court hearings in Xinjiang, and discusses how court interpreters are guided by the principle of purpose. The paper draws a tentative conclusion that the highest principle followed by the trial interpretation in Xinjiang is the Skopos principle, and the translation purpose determines the whole process of the trial interpretation. Alienation and domestication are only strategies and means to achieve translation purposes, which are determined by translation purposes. They are not mutually exclusive and are dialectical and unified. The paper also puts forward some constructive countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen and improve the interpretation of court hearings in Xinjiang.
