新版《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》中人名地名的拼写规范

【摘要】：正经国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家标准化管理委员会批准,新修订的《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》于2011年10月1日起实施。如何拼写汉语的人名地名,如何拼写汉语的数词、量词、连接词、形容词等,都有了"法定"规范。1.新版的《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》明确规定,姓名必须姓在前、名在后,复姓连写,姓和名首字母大写,双姓两个字的首字母都大写。如:LǐHuá(李华)、Dōngfāng Shuò(东方朔)、Zhāng-Wáng Shūfāng(张王淑芳)。但人名与职务合写时,职务不得大写。如:Wáng bùzhǎng(王部长)、Lǐxiānshēng(李先生)。
[Abstract]:Approved by the State General Administration of quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the State Standardization Administration Committee, the newly revised basic rules of proper Chinese phonetic morphology came into effect on October 1, 2011.How to spell Chinese names and place names, how to spell Chinese numerals, classifiers, connectives, adjectives, etc.The new edition of the basic rules of Chinese phonetic orthography clearly stipulates that a name must be given first first, first name must be followed by compound surname, surname and first letter should be capitalized, and the first letter of both surname and first name should be capitalized.For example, ngf ngf ng Shu (Li Hua) ng-W 谩 ng ng-W 谩 ng Sh (Zhang Shu-fang).However, when a person's name is written in conjunction with a post, the position shall not be capitalized.For example, nsh nsh.
