基于志愿者需求的赴泰国际汉语教师岗前培训研究

【摘要】:众所周知,汉语已随着中国经济的发展,国力的强盛而广泛传播,世界各地都兴起了学习汉语的热潮。为了积极推广汉语,促进中国与世界各国的文化交流和友好往来,中国国家汉办于2003年启动了汉语教师志愿者项目,向各国输入汉语国际教师志愿者,传播汉语,弘扬中国文化。泰国是派出志愿者时间最早,人数最多,且项目发展最为成熟的国家。汉语教师志愿者肩负着汉语传播和文化交流的多重使命,志愿者的自身素质直接影响了汉语传播进程和中国的海外形象。因此对国际汉语教师志愿者的岗前培训显得尤为重要。而赴泰志愿者在海外到底有什么需求?教学工作、文化适应、心理调节方面到底是何状况?汉办志愿者培训能否真正针对赴泰志愿者的需求起到切实的培训效果?志愿者培训如何更好的开展等问题都是笔者决定写这篇论文的出发点。首先笔者仔细研究了汉语教师志愿者培训大纲,课程设置和课时设置情况,并将最初的课程、三年前的课程和现在的课程进行对比分析,研究培训重点的走向;接着笔者向已赴泰的志愿者发起问卷调查,分析了志愿者在泰工作、生活、心理状况并总结了志愿者面临的主要问题和需求;然后针对志愿者的问题和需求对岗前培训提出相关建议。本文第一部分阐述了研究背景和意义,说明了研究方法与对象。第二部分研究了培训大纲和近几年的课程、课时设置情况。主要部分集中在第三部分对志愿者工作、生活情况的调查分析和第四部分对赴泰汉语教师志愿者岗前培训的相关建议。第五部分是结语,总结本文研究的不足和对后续研究的建议。
[Abstract]:As we all know, Chinese has been widely spread with the development of Chinese economy and national strength.In order to actively promote Chinese and promote cultural exchanges and friendly exchanges between China and the rest of the world, the Chinese Teachers' Volunteer Program was launched in 2003 by the State Office of the Chinese people's Republic of China to import international Chinese teachers' volunteers to other countries to disseminate Chinese.Carry forward Chinese culture.Thailand is the country with the earliest, the largest number of volunteers and the most developed projects.Chinese teacher volunteers shoulder the multiple missions of Chinese communication and cultural exchange. The quality of volunteers directly affects the process of Chinese communication and the image of China overseas.Therefore, the pre-post training of international Chinese teacher volunteers is particularly important.What is the need for volunteers in Thailand overseas?What is the situation in teaching, cultural adaptation and psychological adjustment?Can the training of Chinese volunteers really meet the needs of volunteers to Thailand to play a practical training effect?How to develop volunteer training is the starting point of the author's decision to write this paper.First, the author carefully studies the training outline, curriculum and class hours of Chinese teacher volunteers, and compares the initial curriculum, the curriculum three years ago and the current curriculum, to study the trend of the training focus;Then the author conducted a questionnaire survey to the volunteers who had gone to Thailand, analyzed the volunteers' work, life, psychological situation and summarized the main problems and needs faced by the volunteers.Then according to the volunteers' problems and needs of pre-post training to put forward relevant recommendations.The first part of this paper describes the research background and significance, and explains the research methods and objects.The second part studies the training outline and curriculum in recent years.The main part focuses on the third part of the investigation and analysis of volunteer work, living conditions and the fourth part of the Chinese teachers to Thailand volunteer training before the relevant recommendations.The fifth part is the conclusion, summing up the deficiency of this paper and the suggestions for the follow-up study.
