[Abstract]:This paper discusses the nature, pronunciation and expression of the International phonetic Alphabet, the design and revision of the International phonetic Alphabet. This paper discusses the gain and loss, puts forward some suggestions, and provides the theoretical and practical basis for the use, revision and standardization of the International phonetic Alphabet.
