分析网民言语行为中对行动交往理论的遵守与违反

【摘要】：随着社会科学技术的迅速发展，网络成为人们生活中必不可少的一部分，越来越多的人们将网络作为交换信息的工具，比如:电子布告栏，电子邮件，QQ聊天，微博，脸书，推特等等。网民则专指使用网络的人群，而根据网络特点应运而生的语言则称之为网络语言。作为一种新的语言形式，尽管网络语言出现的时间很短，但它发展的速度却相当惊人，并对网民产生了深远影响。现在这一语言形式已经引起了许多语言学家的注意，他们认为研究这一语言现象是很有必要和价值的。到目前为止，对这一语言的研究有很多，，比如从词汇和句法上进行的研究；然而，较为系统的对网络语言的研究尤其从语用学方面来分析这一语言现象的研究可谓是凤毛麟角。但以语用学角度研究网络语言又是十分必要的，因为其有助于网民更好的了解网络文化。因此，本文将以哈贝马斯的行动交往理论这一全新的语用学视角来研究分析网络语言及其特点。本文采用了定性与定量相结合的研究方法来研究网络语言。首先，作者采用定量分析的方法分析了从QQ群、天涯论坛、脸书等这些著名网站选择的语料，然后对每一条语料是否违反行为交往理论的数据及频率做了相应的计算。第二步，作者采用定性分析的方法得出结论，即网民在网络交流中经常违反行动交往理论，但网民的正常话语交往并未受到影响。本论文共分为六章，第一章引言，包括选题的目的与意义。第二章文献综述，分别介绍了国内外对于网络语言的研究现状、以及特点做了介绍。第三章为理论框架。作者主要介绍了行为交往理论以及该理论与本研究的相关性。第四章介绍了本文的研究设计，包括研究问题、数据收集、研究方法与过程。第五章为本文最主要的部分。作者采用行动交往理论对收集的语料进行分析，得出了通常网民在网络交往中会违反行动交往理论。第六章为本文的结论、主要发现以及研究的局限。并提出了相关的建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social science and technology, the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's lives. More and more people use the Internet as a tool to exchange information, such as: electronic bulletin board, email QQ chat, Weibo, Facebook, Twitter, wait. Internet users refer to the people who use the network, and the language that comes into being according to the characteristics of the network is called the network language. As a new language form, although the network language appears in a short time, it develops at an astonishing speed and has a profound influence on Internet users. Now this form of language has attracted the attention of many linguists who think it is necessary and valuable to study this phenomenon. So far, there have been many researches on this language, such as lexical and syntactic studies. However, systematic research on network language, especially on pragmatics, is rare. However, it is necessary to study the network language from the perspective of pragmatics, because it is helpful for Internet users to better understand the network culture. Therefore, this thesis will study the network language and its characteristics from the perspective of Habermas's theory of action communication. In this paper, qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to study network language. First of all, the author uses the quantitative analysis method to analyze the selected language materials from QQ group, Tianya forum, Facebook and so on, and then calculates the data and frequency of whether each corpus violates the behavioral communication theory. In the second step, the author draws a conclusion by qualitative analysis that Internet users often violate the theory of action communication in the network communication, but their normal discourse communication is not affected. This thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is introduction, including the purpose and significance of the topic. The second chapter is a literature review, which introduces the research status and characteristics of network language at home and abroad. The third chapter is the theoretical framework. The author mainly introduces the theory of behavioral communication and its relevance to this study. The fourth chapter introduces the research design of this paper, including research problems, data collection, research methods and processes. The fifth chapter is the main part of this paper. The author analyzes the collected corpus by using the theory of action communication, and draws a conclusion that Internet users usually violate the theory of action communication in network communication. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper, the main findings and limitations of the study. Some suggestions are put forward.
