教师语言暴力现象研究

【摘要】:语言是人类进行沟通交流的工具,是人们传递感情的桥梁。语言也是教育教学活动得以正常开展的信息载体。教师采用侮辱谩骂、讽刺嘲笑、当众揭短等的语言对学生实施的冷暴力,不仅会对学生的自尊和心理造成伤害,更是贬损师德的不义之举。 教师语言暴力是教师凭借自身的权利和优势地位,对学生使用侮辱、谩骂、讽刺、歧视等语言,直接或间接地致使学生人格尊严、心理健康和个人名誉等遭受侵犯和伤害的行为。教师是人类灵魂的工程师,,是学生学习的榜样和模范。一旦教师语言朝向暴力发展,对人类社会的进步是有百害而无一利的。 教师语言暴力目前在我国中小学呈现泛化趋势,其后果的严重性也日益凸显。分析教师语言暴力的危害性以及其产生的原因,有助于引起人们对教师语言暴力的关注,目的在于促使教师、学校以及社会转变观念,树立正确的学生观、教育观,促进教育向积极、文明的方向发展。 引言部分阐述了研究的课题的缘起、学术界研究综述以及研究的价值和意义。第一章教师语言暴力的内涵;第二章教师语言暴力的危害;第三章教师语言暴力现象归因分析;第四章教师语言暴力的预防和化解策略。
[Abstract]:Language is a tool for human communication and communication, and a bridge for people to communicate their feelings. Language is also a carrier of information for the normal development of educational activities. Teachers who use insulting, sarcastic and ridiculed language to carry out cold violence against students in public will not only harm students' self-esteem and psychology, but also degrade teachers' moral injustice. Teachers' language violence means that teachers use insulting, abusive, sarcastic and discriminatory language to students with their own rights and advantages, which directly or indirectly leads to the students' personal dignity. Acts of aggression and injury such as mental health and personal reputation. The teacher is the engineer of the human soul and the example and model of the students. Once the teacher language develops towards violence, it is harmful to the progress of human society. At present, teachers' language violence in primary and secondary schools in our country presents a trend of generalization, and the severity of its consequences is also increasingly prominent. The analysis of the harmfulness of teachers' language violence and its causes will help to arouse people's attention to teachers' language violence. The purpose of this paper is to promote teachers, schools and society to change their concepts, and to set up a correct view of students and education. To promote the development of education in a positive and civilized direction. The introduction describes the origin of the research topic, the academic research review and the value and significance of the research. The first chapter is the connotation of teachers' language violence; the second chapter is the harm of teachers' language violence; the third chapter is the attribution analysis of teachers' language violence; the fourth chapter is the prevention and solution strategy of teachers' language violence.
