广播情感类热线谈话节目的会话分析

【摘要】:广播情感热线谈话节目,通过感性的谈话方式和贴近生活的朴素风格,为人们提供了一个安全的情感交流与倾诉的平台。广播作为传统大众媒介之一,具有其他媒介所没有的隐私保护性。在夜深人静时,用简单的语言沟通,向素未谋面的主持人倾诉自己的烦恼和困惑,或者是因为孤寂而单纯的找人聊天,甚至表达一下自己的不满,,发泄一些抑郁的情绪。这让听众感到安全,温暖而贴心。进入新的转型期,社会带给人们的压力越来越大,人们面对的工作和生活问题也日益复杂,随之导致了困惑和矛盾的增加。如何平衡各中利益关系,梳理亲情爱情的纠葛,解决信任危机等似乎都让人们有些喘不过气来。也正是在这样的大背景下,使得情感类谈话节目的市场愈加广阔,从原来的夜话节目,逐渐在白天的黄金时段也有播出。贾恩方在《情感类谈话节目的冷思考》中指出,情感类谈话节目已经不折不扣地成为即新闻、娱乐、生活服务类节目之后的“第四驾马车”,且驱动力成上升之势。 这使得情感类谈话节目的市场愈加广阔,从原来的夜话节目,逐渐在白天的黄金时段也有播出。 本文首先对广播情感热线类谈话节目做出界定,梳理了广播情感热线类谈话节目的发展过程。在此基础上,就广播情感类谈话节目的语境进行分析,通过对搜集到的语料定量研究深入挖掘广播情感类热线谈话节目的会话过程。从而,运用语用学理论得出广播情感类热线谈话节目主持人应遵守的语用原则,即:角色原则,礼貌原则和得体原则。
[Abstract]:The broadcast Affective Hotline talk program provides a safe platform for people to communicate and pour out their feelings through the emotional conversation style and the simple style close to life. As one of the traditional mass media, broadcasting has privacy protection which other media do not have. In the dead of night, use simple language to communicate with the host you have never met, or simply talk to someone because of loneliness, or even express your dissatisfaction, vent some depressed feelings. This makes the audience feel safe, warm and sweet. In the new transition period, the pressure brought by the society is increasing, and the problems of work and life are becoming more and more complicated, which leads to the increase of confusion and contradiction. How to balance the interests of each relationship, sort out the entanglement of love and love, resolve the crisis of trust seems to make people a little breathless. It is against this background that the market for emotional talk shows has become more and more broad. From the original night-talk shows, they are gradually broadcast during the prime time of the day. Jia Nfang pointed out in "the Cold thinking of emotional talk Show" that affective talk shows have become the "fourth carriage" after news, entertainment and life service programs, and the driving force is on the rise. This makes emotional talk shows a wider market, from the original night-talk shows, gradually also broadcast during prime time during the day. This paper first defines the broadcast Affective Hotline and combs the development process of the broadcast Affective Hotline. On this basis, the context of broadcast affective talk shows is analyzed, and the conversational process of broadcast affective talk shows is deeply explored through quantitative study of the collected data. Therefore, the pragmatic principles which the host of broadcast affective hotline talk show should abide by, namely the role principle, the politeness principle and the appropriateness principle, are obtained by using the theory of pragmatics.
