词典使用在二语习得中对程式语产出、记忆的影响和作用探究

【摘要】:程式语在语言当中广泛存在,研究发现程式语的存在促成本土人语言的流利性和准确性。而如果外语学习者要想趋近于本土人语言的流利度和准确度,就必须要掌握一定量的程式语。然而,对于外语学习者来说,掌握程式语并不简单。因此,本文旨在探究词典运用在二语习得中对程式语产出、记忆的影响和作用。另外,本文以在英语教科书中广泛存在的词表作为比较。本文的受试来自于江西省的一所中学,共80名高中生。正式实验中共有三次测试。本研究的主要发现总结如下:首先,在包含程式语的阅读理解测试中,词表组表现比词典组更好。也就是说,在运用词典查询程式语与阅读理解之间并不存在紧密的相关性。原因有二,其一,词典组的学生在查询程式语时遇到了很多困难,很多程式语都没有被查找出来,这在一定程度上影响了学生阅读理解的成绩。其二,频繁地查询词典干扰了学生对文章的理解。其次,两个组在程式语产出测试中得分都很低。这在某种程度上印证了语言学习者在学习产出性词汇时会遇到更多困难的假设。但是,词典组的得分要高于词表组。我们的研究结果表明,大脑加工程序越复杂,记忆越深刻。再者,两个星期后,两个组能够回忆起来的程式语数量相当。然而,考虑到很多程式语都没有被词典组的学生找到,我们仍然可以推断,词典使用在词块记忆当中有着积极的作用。另外,为了探究学生在词典查询过程中的表现,我们给词典组设计了一项调查问卷。有趣的是,调查问卷的数据表明,很多学生在词典中找不到程式语,尽管这些程式语确实包含在词典中。这与学生心理、查询技艺、主观意愿、客观环境都有关系。本文的研究发现对程式语的教学、学习和研究都有所启示。
[Abstract]:The study found that the existence of procedural language contributes to the fluency and accuracy of native language. If foreign language learners want to reach the fluency and accuracy of native language, they must master a certain amount of programming language. However, it is not easy for foreign language learners to master program language. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore the influence and function of dictionary application in second language acquisition on the output and memory of programmed language. In addition, this paper compares the vocabulary widely used in English textbooks. The subjects of this paper are 80 high school students from a middle school in Jiangxi province. There were three tests in the formal experiment. The main findings of this study are summarized as follows: first, the lexical group performs better than the dictionary group in the reading comprehension test. That is to say, there is no close correlation between the use of dictionary query language and reading comprehension. There are two reasons for this: first, the students in the dictionary group encounter many difficulties in querying program language, many of which have not been found out, which to some extent affects the students' reading comprehension. Second, frequent search of dictionaries interferes with students' understanding of the article. Second, both groups scored poorly on the program language output test. To some extent, this confirms the assumption that language learners will encounter more difficulties in learning productive vocabulary. However, the dictionary group scored higher than the lexicon. Our results show that the more complex the brain processing process, the more profound the memory. In addition, two weeks later, the two groups were able to recall the same amount of programming language. However, we can infer that lexical use plays an active role in lexical chunks memory, considering that many program languages are not found by lexical group students. In addition, in order to explore the students' performance in the process of dictionary inquiry, we designed a questionnaire for the dictionary group. Interestingly, data from the questionnaire show that many students do not find formulaic language in dictionaries, although they are indeed included in dictionaries. This and student psychology, inquiry skill, subjective will, objective environment have relation. The findings of this paper are instructive to the teaching, learning and research of programming language.
