汉英味觉词语对比研究及相关教学策略

【摘要】：味觉词建立在人类对味道的本能生理反应的基础上。随着人类认知的发展，基本的味觉词逐渐被赋予很多引申意义，并为人们在生活中广泛使用。语言是文化的缩影和载体，不同的民族有着不同的思维方式和文化，因此味觉词在各语言中的隐喻意义也不尽相同。 味觉词语属于人们在日常交流中频繁使用的基本词汇。对留学生来说，学习并且掌握味觉词非常重要。针对目前汉英味觉词语研究与教学的现状，本文选取汉英基本味觉词“酸（sour）、甜（sweet）、苦（bitter）、辣（hot/spicy）、咸（salty）”为考察对象，分别从语义特征、构词方式、隐喻认知、文化等方面进行了具体的分析与解释，详细地比较了该类词语在两种语言中的异同，，并以此为切入口，总结归纳了中英学生在学习使用味觉词过程中的种种偏误，探讨了相关的教学策略及教学建议。
[Abstract]:Taste words are based on human instinctive physiological reactions to taste. With the development of human cognition, basic taste words are gradually given a lot of extended meanings and widely used in life. Language is the epitome and carrier of culture. Different nations have different ways of thinking and culture, so taste words have different metaphorical meanings in different languages. Taste words belong to the basic vocabulary that people frequently use in daily communication. It is very important for foreign students to learn and master taste words. In view of the present situation of the research and teaching of taste words in Chinese and English, this paper selects the basic taste words of Chinese and English as "sour", "sweet", "bitter", "hot", "salty", respectively, from the semantic characteristics, word formation, metaphor cognition. This paper makes a concrete analysis and explanation on culture, compares the similarities and differences of these words in the two languages in detail, and sums up the errors in the process of learning to use taste words in Chinese and English students. The related teaching strategies and teaching suggestions are discussed.
