泰国清莱府中国汉语教师专业发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着经济和综合国力的蓬勃发展,中国在国际上的地位和影响力越来越大,汉语在整个国际经济交往中的实用价值也迅速提升,越来越多的外国人意识到学习汉语的重要性,泰国社会也越来越重视汉语教育的开展,因此急需汉语教育人才。在这种背景下,为加强中华文化的传播,中国向泰国派遣了大量的志愿者教师。虽然,目前泰国汉语教学蓬勃发展,但仍然存在一些问题,需要正确面对和解决。如:师资缺乏带来的教师教学经验不足、师资队伍多样带来的教学水平欠缺、国家文化差异带来的教学方法不适合等问题。这些问题制约了泰国汉语教学快速、有效的发展。为此,本文专门对泰国北部清莱府开设有中文课的12所高中学校和2所大学72位中国汉语教师进行了问卷调查,对他们在校的基本情况、专业知识、专业能力、专业情意方面进行考察,分析泰国清莱府地区汉语教学中存在的问题,继而提出相应的对策和建议。本研究的意义在于为中泰两国汉语教育机构和开设汉语专业的学校提供参考,使教学的效率得到提高;为在泰国工作和即将去泰国工作的汉语教师提供学习线索,让他们了解需要重点补充什么专业知识,避免专业知识欠缺和文化差异带来的负面影响。本文的根本目的是为了促进中国汉语教师的专业水平,为中泰国际汉语教育事业贡献一份力量。 本文共有五个章节。 第一章绪论简要介绍本论文的研究背景与缘由、研究目的和意义、理论背景、研究内容、研究思路与研究方法。 第二章主要介绍了泰国清莱府汉语教育背景及在泰国的中国汉语教师专业背景。再通过问卷调查,全面了解泰国清莱府中国汉语教师专业发展现状。 第三章根据调查结果,从专业知识、专业能力、专业情意等方面归纳了泰国清莱府中国汉语教师专业发展过程中存在的问题,并分析造成这些问题的原因。 第四章针对泰国清莱府中国汉语教师专业发展存在的问题,,提出促进泰国清莱府中国汉语教师专业发展的对策。 第五章结束语部分对本次研究的结果作最后总结,将文章的结论总结归纳;并指出在此次研究中的不足之处。 此次的调查研究让笔者对清莱府中国汉语教师专业发展现状有了客观的了解,在泰国汉语教育未完全成熟的今天,中国汉语教师专业发展问题是迫切需要关注和解决的。为了泰国汉语教育更好的发展、为了中国文化更好地在泰国传播,中国汉语教师需要培养更高的专业发展水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of economy and comprehensive national strength, China's status and influence in the international community is growing, and the practical value of Chinese in the whole international economic exchanges has been rapidly promoted. More and more foreigners realize the importance of learning Chinese and Thai society pays more and more attention to the development of Chinese education. In this context, to strengthen the spread of Chinese culture, China sent a large number of volunteer teachers to Thailand. Although Chinese teaching in Thailand is booming, there are still some problems that need to be correctly faced and solved. For example, the lack of teachers' teaching experience, the lack of teaching level brought about by the diversity of teachers, and the unsuitable teaching methods brought about by national cultural differences. These problems restrict the rapid and effective development of Thai Chinese teaching. Therefore, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 72 Chinese teachers in 12 high schools and 2 universities in Changlai Prefecture, northern Thailand, and their basic situation, professional knowledge and professional ability were investigated. In the aspect of professional affection, the author analyzes the problems in Chinese teaching in Qinglai Prefecture, Thailand, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The significance of this study is to provide reference for Chinese education institutions and Chinese major schools in China and Thailand, so as to improve the teaching efficiency, and to provide learning clues for Chinese teachers working in Thailand and about to work in Thailand. Let them know what expertise needs to be added to avoid the negative effects of lack of expertise and cultural differences. The basic purpose of this paper is to promote the professional level of Chinese teachers in China and to contribute to the international Chinese education in China and Thailand. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is an introduction to the background and reasons of this thesis. The purpose and significance, theoretical background, research content, research ideas and research methods. Chapter two mainly introduces the background of Chinese language education and the professional background of Chinese teachers in Thailand. Then through the questionnaire survey, we can fully understand the current situation of Chinese Chinese teachers' professional development in Qinglai Prefecture, Thailand. Chapter three, according to the survey results, from the professional knowledge, professional ability, This paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of the professional development of Chinese Chinese teachers in Qinglai Prefecture, Thailand, and analyzes the causes of these problems. Chapter four aims at the problems existing in the professional development of Chinese Chinese teachers in Chinglai Prefecture, Thailand. The last part of the fifth chapter summarizes the results of this study and summarizes the conclusion of the article; And pointed out the deficiencies in this study. The investigation and research has made the author have an objective understanding of the current situation of the professional development of Chinese language teachers in Qinglai Prefecture. Today, the Chinese language education in Thailand is not fully mature. It is urgent to pay attention to and solve the problem of professional development of Chinese teachers in China. For the better development of Thai Chinese language education and the better spread of Chinese culture in Thailand, Chinese teachers need to cultivate higher professional development level.
