汉语专有名词拼写规范研究

【摘要】：GB/T16159-2012《汉语拼音正词法基本规则》（以下简称《正词法》）发布之后，许多专家学者把研究的目光转向对正词法基本规则的解读，对汉语拼音拼写规范的监测。当前汉语拼音拼写虽然有国家标准的规范，但汉语专有名词的拼写仍存在许多问题。本文以济南市的街道名称，站点名称，鲁版图书名称、报纸名称、期刊名称及其英文目录中汉语人名的拼音拼写为基本语料，和全国范围内的同种语料比较，采用调查法、归类统计法、描写与分析法、图表法、理论阐释法等多种方法，力求对济南的汉语专有名词拼音拼写规范情况做充分的描写，通过“解剖麻雀”“以一斑窥全豹”，从一个方面进行语文舆情的监测和评估，另外也试图对《正词法》的某些条款做些补充。全文主要包括以下几个部分：第一章，绪论。综述本文的选题意义和汉语专有名词拼音拼写的研究现状，介绍本文的研究对象和研究方法。第二章，汉语拼音正词法理论研究。第一节分析了汉语拼音拼写分词连写的意义，强调了按词拼写的基本原则，分词连写与现代汉语的节律同步，有利于降低同音率，有利于提高拼音输入法的效率，有利于排除歧义切分，符合人们的认知心理；第二节汉语拼音正词法研究简史，析出我国正词法研究的五个阶段：教会罗马字、切音字运动、国语罗马字运动和拉丁化新文字运动、拼音方案、正词法基本规则；第三节本文相关的法规、文件简介，包括《中华人民共和国国家语言通用文字法》、GB/T16159-2012《正词法》、GB/T28039《中国地名汉语拼音字母拼写规则》、GB/T28039-2011《中国人名汉语拼音字母拼写规则》、GB3259-92《中文书刊名称汉语拼音拼写法》，指出汉语专有名词的拼音拼写要符合“单一罗马化的”要求。第三章，街道名、站点名汉语拼写研究。从地理学和语言学的角度分析了街道名、站点名的结构特点，指出街道名、站点名拼音拼写存在的错误类型，给出拼写建议。第四章，汉语人名的拼音拼写研究。指出汉语人名的基本结构，重点分析了人名拼写存在的问题和争议，针对这些提出一些建议。第五章，中文期刊、书报名称汉语拼写研究。介绍了中文期刊名称、书报名称的结构特点，指出汉语拼写错误的类型，给出拼写建议。第六章，结语。对汉语专有名词拼音拼写现状做出评价，归纳总结失范的原因，提出应对措施。
[Abstract]:After the basic rules of the GB/T16159-2012< Chinese phonetic orthography are published, many experts and scholars have turned their attention to the interpretation of the basic rules of the orthography and the monitoring of the spelling standard of Chinese phonetic alphabet. Although the spelling of Chinese Pinyin has the standard of national standard, the spelling of Chinese proper nouns still exists. This article is based on the street name of the city of Ji'nan, the name of the site, the name of the book of Lu edition, the name of the newspaper, the name of the newspaper and the spelling of the Chinese name in the English catalogue as the basic corpus, and the comparison of the same language in the whole country, using the investigation method, the classification statistics method, the description and analysis method, the chart method, the theoretical interpretation method and so on. In order to make a full description of the spelling standard of the Chinese proper nouns in Ji'nan, this paper tries to monitor and evaluate the Chinese public opinion from one aspect by "dissecting the sparrows" and "peeping the whole leopard in a spot", and also tries to supplement some of the terms of the "orthography".
The full text mainly includes the following parts:
The first chapter is the introduction, which summarizes the significance of this topic and the present situation of pinyin spelling in Chinese proper nouns, and introduces the research objects and research methods in this paper.
The second chapter, the study of Chinese phonetic orthography. The first section analyses the significance of the spelling of Chinese spelling participle, emphasizes the basic principles of the spelling according to the word, and synchronizes the synonym with the rhythm of modern Chinese, which is beneficial to reducing the homophone rate, improving the efficiency of the phonetic input method, eliminating the segmentation of the ambiguity, and conforming to the people's cognition. In the second section of Chinese phonetic orthography, the brief history of Chinese phonetic study is made, and the five stages of the study of Chinese orthography are separated: the church Rome word, the movement of the tangent word, the movement of the Mandarin Rome word and the new Latin word movement, the phonetic scheme, the basic rules of the orthography; the third section of the relevant laws and regulations, and the brief introduction of the document, including the national language pass in People's Republic of China. The third chapter, the street name, the site name Chinese spelling research. From the perspective of geography and linguistics, this paper analyzes the street name, the structure characteristics of the station name, points out the street name, the wrong types of the spelling of the site name, and gives the spelling suggestions.
The fourth chapter, the phonetic spelling of Chinese names, points out the basic structure of Chinese names, focuses on the analysis of the problems and disputes of the name spelling of people, and puts forward some suggestions.
The fifth chapter, Chinese periodicals, the study of Chinese spelling of book and newspaper name, introduces the name of Chinese periodicals, the structure and characteristics of the name of the book and newspaper, points out the types of Chinese spelling mistakes, and gives the spelling suggestions.
The sixth chapter, concluding remarks, evaluates the present situation of pinyin spelling in Chinese proper nouns, sums up the causes of anomie, and puts forward countermeasures.
