我国汉语资源管理存在的问题与改革刍议

【摘要】：汉语是汉民族历史发展和语言规划的产物,是汉民族文化传承的载体。作为公共资源,汉语资源的管理改革贯穿在汉语政策过程之中。受社会、政治和经济环境变化的影响,我国汉语政策在政策目标、政策重心、政策主体、政策执行和政策工具选择上还存在一些问题。要使汉语资源管理适应时代发展,还需要从政策目标定位、政策主体转变、政策工具改革等方面着手改进汉语政策。
[Abstract]:Chinese is the product of the historical development and language planning of the Han nationality and the carrier of the cultural heritage of the Han nationality. As a public resource, the management reform of Chinese resources runs through the process of Chinese policy. Influenced by the changes of social, political and economic environment, there are still some problems in Chinese policy in China in terms of policy objective, policy focus, policy subject, policy implementation and policy tool selection. In order to adapt Chinese resource management to the development of the times, it is necessary to improve the Chinese policy from the aspects of policy objective orientation, policy subject change, policy tool reform and so on.
