论高职学生语文素养的缺失与提升

【摘要】:在功利主义和物质文化的驱使下,当前我国高职学院大多极力强化对学生进行谋职教育而忽视人文教育,致使很多高职学生片面发展成只懂专业技术、缺少人文素质的“技术人”和“空心人”。人文教育和人文关怀的缺失与人文精神和人文文化的衰微已成为一种普遍现象。如何既培养学生的职业能力,又提升其文化素质;既弘扬中华民族的优秀传统文化,又传承现代文明,如何在职业教育与素质教育中找到契合点已成为许多有识之士的关注焦点。正是基于以上认识,高职学生的语文素养,是对职业教育的一种重要补充和补全。 语文知识、语文能力、语文人文素养是构成语文素养的三个重要维度,通过对三者的调查和分析,把握高职学生语文素养的现状,在此基础上找到问题,并寻索解决的方案。总体而言,高职学生存在语文知识薄弱、语文能力一般、语文人文素养较低的局面。针对于此,本文提出了提升高职学生语文素养的方案,即一方面对高职语文教师的人格、知识、理念提出了要求,另一方面,在具体的教学过程中,具体勾画了课内提升和课外提升的途径。 语文素养作为人文素质的一个重要方面,涉及到人的审美情趣、思想情感、个性品格、品德修养、学习习惯、语言积累、思维品质等品质的培养。究其根本,是个体成长及其重要的人格和知识面向,是人的全面发展的重要保证,是为社会输送合格人才的重要前提。
[Abstract]:Driven by utilitarianism and material culture, most of the vocational colleges in our country are trying to strengthen the education of seeking jobs for students while neglecting humanistic education, which leads to the one-sided development of many vocational college students who know only professional technology. Lack of humanistic quality of the "technical person" and "hollow man". The lack of humanistic education and humanistic care and the decline of humanistic spirit and culture have become a common phenomenon. How to not only cultivate students' professional ability but also improve their cultural quality, carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and inherit the modern civilization, How to find a common point between vocational education and quality education has become the focus of many people of insight. It is based on the above understanding that higher vocational students' Chinese literacy is an important supplement and complement to vocational education. Chinese knowledge, Chinese ability and Chinese humanistic literacy are the three important dimensions of Chinese literacy. Through the investigation and analysis of the three dimensions, we can grasp the present situation of Chinese literacy of higher vocational students, and then find out the problems and find solutions. In general, higher vocational students have weak Chinese knowledge, general Chinese ability and low Chinese humanistic literacy. In view of this, this paper puts forward the plan of improving the Chinese quality of higher vocational students, that is, on the one hand, it puts forward the requirements for the personality, knowledge and concept of Chinese teachers in higher vocational education, on the other hand, in the specific teaching process, The specific outline of the promotion and extracurricular promotion of the way. As an important aspect of humanistic quality, Chinese accomplishment involves the cultivation of aesthetic taste, thought and emotion, personality character, moral accomplishment, study habit, language accumulation, thinking quality and so on. In essence, it is an important personality and knowledge orientation for individual growth, an important guarantee for the all-round development of human beings, and an important prerequisite for the transportation of qualified talents for the society.
