面向汉语二语学习者的报关术语教学探析

【摘要】:随着笔者国对外经济的飞速发展,特别是加入WTO以后,越来越多的外商来到中国投资、生活,能娴熟恰当地运用汉语与中国商人进行经贸活动已经成为众多国际人士的需求。外商在中国进行投资经营,不可避免地需要接触与进出口相关的事务,几乎全部的外商都会遇到这样的问题:欠缺与进出口相关的报关知识。 报关业务历史相当悠久,几乎和海关同时产生。由于报关活动与国家对外贸易政策法规的实施密切相关,报关业务有着较强的政策性、专业性、技术性和操作性。加之笔者国对外开放政策又具有独特性,报关术语就在长期的时间活动中逐渐发展并形成了自身独特的特征。 本文在借鉴前人关于词汇统计、行业语的现状以及词汇教学原则的研究成果的基础上,对《报关员资格全国统一考试教材》进行分析,对其中的报关术语进行统计,,以统计得出的报关术语作为研究对象,坚持理论联系实际,从构成要素以及内在语义对统计结果进行分类,提出报关术语的构成核心要素特征以及语义场特征,尝试探讨与对应的教学方法。通过实验论证上述教学原则、教学方法的可行性和有效性。希望通过本文的探讨,可以让学习者更有效、更快速地掌握报关的相关知识并进行应用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the foreign economy, especially after China's entry into WTO, more and more foreign businessmen come to China to invest and live, and it has become the demand of many international people to be skillful in using Chinese properly to carry out economic and trade activities with Chinese businessmen. It is inevitable for foreign investors to deal with import and export related affairs in China. Almost all foreign businessmen will encounter such problems: lack of customs declaration knowledge related to import and export. Customs declaration business has a long history, almost at the same time as customs. As customs declaration is closely related to the implementation of national foreign trade policies and regulations, customs declaration has a strong policy, professional, technical and operational. In addition, the policy of opening to the outside world of the author country is unique, the term of customs declaration develops gradually in the long time activity and forms its own unique characteristics. Based on the previous research results on vocabulary statistics, current situation of industry language and vocabulary teaching principles, this paper makes an analysis of the National uniform examination textbook for the qualification of Customs declarants, and makes statistics on the terms of customs declaration. Taking the customs declaration terms obtained by statistics as the research object, adhering to the combination of theory and practice, classifying the statistical results from the constituent elements and internal semantics, the paper puts forward the characteristics of the core elements and the semantic field of the customs declaration terms. Try to explore the corresponding teaching methods. The feasibility and effectiveness of the teaching method are demonstrated through experiments. It is hoped that through the discussion of this paper, learners can master the relevant knowledge of customs declaration more effectively and quickly.
