泰国清迈皇家大学汉语系汉语教学现状调查报告

【摘要】:近年来,随着全球化进程的加快和中国国际地位的提高,世界上掀起了一阵学习汉语的热潮。泰国作为与中国山水相接、文化相亲的友好邻国,对汉语更是倍加推崇。泰国各地中小学和高校在政府的倡导下,也纷纷开设了汉语课程。清迈皇家大学开设汉语专业起步较早,因其较大的汉语办学规模和良好的教学质量而闻名全国。根据笔者在清迈皇家大学汉语系为期一年的实习工作经历,本文对清迈皇家大学汉语系的汉语教学现状进行了全面的调查分析,目的在于了解清迈皇家大学汉语系汉语教学的特点,并发现其中存在的问题,尝试性地提出改善建议。使对外汉语教学界更多地了解清迈皇家大学汉语系的汉语教学工作,为泰国其他高校的汉语教学工作提供有益的借鉴,进一步丰富泰国汉语教学研究成果。本文的研究对象是清迈皇家大学汉语系的汉语教学现状,通过实地调查法、访谈法、资料分析法、案例分析法、课堂观察法等方法对清迈皇家大学汉语系的汉语教学现状进行全面的调查分析,着重分析了清迈皇家大学汉语系的学生情况、师资情况、教学目标、课程设置、教材选用、教学方法、教学评价、课堂管理等方面的内容。研究结果显示:清迈皇家大学汉语系的汉语教学有一些独特的优点。在同类院校中,清迈皇家大学汉语系招生人数较多,办学规模较大。在专业设置上,汉语系分汉语教育专业和汉语人文专业,培养目标明确。在师资配备上,汉语系师资充足,实行中泰籍汉语教师分工教学,保障了教学质量和效果。在课程设置上,汉语系的课程设置较为全面。汉语系还注重语言实践活动,专门开设中国语言文化研究室,方便开展各种汉语文化活动;同时,汉语系注重结合地域优势,进行中华文化的推广活动及与其他高校汉语专业的交流活动,培养学生的汉语综合运用能力。研究还发现,清迈皇家大学汉语系的汉语教学也存在一些不足之处。在课程设置上,语法课设置时间不合理、缺乏汉字课、实际性和交际性课程偏少。教师对教材的运用能力还有待提高。教师教学方法比较单一,缺乏教学积极性,教师的课堂管理能力还有待提高。汉语系对学生的考核方式比较单一,对教师的考评制度不够完善,缺乏激励机制。针对研究中所反映出的清迈皇家大学汉语系汉语教学中的问题,我们提出了具体可操作的建议。我们认为:汉语系应对课程设置稍作调整;教师应加强对教材的二次改编能力;教师应采用多样化的教学方法,注重精讲多练,提高课堂管理能力;汉语系应完善学生的考试制度,增加平时测验,采用多样化的考试形式,并完善对教师的考核制度,增加激励机制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of globalization and the improvement of China's international status, there has been a wave of upsurge in learning Chinese in the world. Thailand, as a friendly neighbor of Chinese landscape and cultural matchmaking, is highly praised for Chinese. At the initiative of the government, Chinese courses have been offered in schools and universities across Thailand. Chiang Mai Royal University started its Chinese major early, and is famous all over the country for its large scale and good teaching quality. Based on the author's one-year practice experience in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the present situation of Chinese teaching in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai. The purpose of this paper is to understand the characteristics of Chinese teaching in Chinese Department of Royal University of Chiang Mai, and to find out the existing problems, and to put forward some suggestions for improvement. To make the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language more familiar to the Chinese teaching work of the Chinese Department of Chiang Mai Royal University, to provide useful reference for the Chinese teaching work of other universities in Thailand, and to further enrich the research results of Thai Chinese teaching. The research object of this paper is the present situation of Chinese teaching in the Department of Chinese of the Royal University of Chiang Mai. Through field investigation, interview, data analysis, case analysis, The present situation of Chinese teaching in the Chinese Department of the Royal University of Chiang Mai is investigated and analyzed by classroom observation method, with emphasis on the situation of the students, teachers, teaching objectives, curriculum and the selection of teaching materials in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai. Teaching methods, teaching evaluation, classroom management and other aspects. The results show that there are some unique advantages in Chinese teaching in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai. Among the similar institutions, Chiang Mai Royal University has a large enrollment of Chinese students. In the specialty setting, the Chinese department is divided into the Chinese education specialty and the Chinese humanities specialty, the training goal is clear. In terms of teaching staff, the Chinese Department has sufficient teachers, and the implementation of Sino-Thai Chinese teachers division of labor ensures the quality and effect of teaching. In the curriculum, the Chinese Department of the curriculum is more comprehensive. The Chinese Department also pays attention to language practice activities, and specially opens a Chinese language and culture research room to facilitate the development of various Chinese cultural activities. At the same time, the Chinese department attaches importance to combining regional advantages. To promote Chinese culture and communicate with Chinese majors in other colleges and universities to cultivate students' comprehensive ability of using Chinese. The study also found that there are some deficiencies in Chinese teaching in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai. In the course setup, the grammar course has unreasonable time, lacks Chinese character course, and lacks practical and communicative courses. The ability of teachers to use teaching materials needs to be improved. Teachers' teaching method is simple, lack of teaching enthusiasm, teachers' classroom management ability needs to be improved. The assessment method of Chinese department is simple, the evaluation system of teachers is not perfect, and it lacks of incentive mechanism. In view of the problems in the Chinese teaching of the Royal University of Chiang Mai, we put forward some practical suggestions. We think that the Chinese department should adjust the curriculum slightly; the teacher should strengthen the ability of rearranging the teaching material twice; the teacher should adopt the diversified teaching method, pay attention to the elaboration and practice, and improve the classroom management ability; The Chinese department should perfect the examination system of the students, increase the usual test, adopt various examination forms, perfect the examination system for the teachers and increase the incentive mechanism.
