韩国中小企业员工的汉语需求分析及学习策略研究
[Abstract]:Due to the deepening cooperation between China and South Korea in such fields as economic and trade, more and more South Korean enterprises have put their eyes on the vast Chinese market in order to obtain a broader space for survival and development. The majority of Korean enterprises entering the Chinese market are small and medium-sized enterprises in South Korea, but the lack of Chinese talents in enterprises has become a huge obstacle to their development in China. Unlike the large Korean enterprises which are powerful and able to set up their own language training institutions, it is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out systematic training because of their lack of manpower, material and financial resources. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprise employees more through self-learning to improve the level of Chinese and to form Chinese ability, then, the study of Chinese learning strategies is particularly important. This paper takes the staff of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises as the object of investigation, investigates their Chinese needs and learning strategies, finds out the existing problems and causes, and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems. This paper discusses the relationship between Chinese demand and teaching and learning of Korean small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), and provides a useful supplement to the learning strategies of Korean SMEs. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: explain the background and significance of the topic, on the basis of reading related journals, papers, works, comb and summarize the research results, establish the research objectives. Put forward the research plan. The second part: through the investigation and analysis of the Chinese demand of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper summarizes the existing problems and the reasons from the two aspects of Chinese demand and problem analysis. The third part: based on the survey results of Chinese learning strategies of Korean small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper summarizes the overall trend of staff's use of learning strategies in the process of learning Chinese, and analyzes the existing problems and their causes. The fourth part: aiming at the problems existing in learning strategies, the author puts forward some suggestions to small and medium-sized enterprises and their employees, and provides the principles and methods of using learning strategies. The last part of the paper is the conclusion, which summarizes the whole paper, analyzes the research results objectively, points out its shortcomings, and clarifies the goal of further research.
