话语标记“所以”与“So”的对比分析

【摘要】:本文从语用学角度出发,结合功能主义语言学相关理论,对比研究日常会话中标记语“所以”和“so”的使用情况及各自发挥的语用功能。 话语分析作为语用学的一个分支,在国内也称为话语语言学。话语分析主要研究在实际语言运用中具有一定交际目的的口头和书面言语交际单位的结构特点。话语标记的研究是话语分析领域的一个重要部分,在言语交际中主要发挥动态的语用功能,对话语或语篇理解的制约具有语用——认知上的理据。我们在前人研究的基础上,以关联理论为依据,结合语用学家维索尔伦(Verschueren,1999)提出的语言顺应理论分析作为话语标记的“所以”和“so”在信息组织和言语行为方面的共性与区别。我们通过从汉语访谈类节目《鲁豫有约》和英语访谈类节目Oprah Winfrey Show中搜集并转写相关语料,结合话轮交接规则、对答的形式结构、下一个话轮证明法、元语用理论、结构主义语言学及韩礼德的功能理论从语篇组织功能、语境顺应功能、人际互动功能、和情感传达功能等角度分析话语标记“所以”和“so”在话语生成和理解中产生的语用制约出现的异同。全文共分六个章节: 第一章引言。这一部分主要阐释本文的选题缘由、研究意义、创新性、语料来源和研究方法。重点介绍国内外语言学家对话语标记“所以”和“so”的研究概况。 第二章话语标记“所以”的功能分析。首先对“所以”自古代汉语至现代汉语中的使用情况进行分析,并界定其在不同发展阶段所具有的性质和功能;其次,对标记语“所以”的结构特征、程序性意义特征和语音特征进行描写分析; 最后,通过分析大量真实口语语料,对话语标记“所以”在访谈类节目中所具有的语用功能进行描写和分类。 第三章话语标记“so”的功能分析。这一部分先是对“so”在现代英语中的多种词性和功能进行列举,然后对作为标记语的“so”进行特征描写,并侧重发掘与“所以”表现出的不同特征。主要还是对“so”在访谈会话中体现出的言语行为功能、信息组织功能、语境顺应功能和情感表达功能进行研究。 第四章话语标记“所以”和“so”的比较。通过列表的方式对“所以”和“so”在语用功能上的异同进行直观对比并对全文内容进行总结。概括本文的局限和成果,总结话语标记研究对采访技巧和第二语言习得的指导性作用。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of pragmatics and combining the relevant theories of functionalist linguistics, this paper makes a contrastive study of the use of "so" and "so" in daily conversation and their respective pragmatic functions. As a branch of pragmatics, discourse analysis is also called discourse linguistics in China. Discourse analysis mainly studies the structural characteristics of verbal and written verbal communication units which have a certain communicative purpose in the practical use of language. The study of discourse markers is an important part in the field of discourse analysis. It plays a dynamic pragmatic role in verbal communication and has pragmatic and cognitive motivations to restrict the comprehension of discourse or discourse. On the basis of previous studies, we analyze the commonness and difference between "so" and "so" as discourse markers in information organization and speech acts, based on relevance theory and linguistic adaptation theory proposed by pragmatist Verschueren,1999. We collect and transpose the relevant language materials from the Chinese interview program Luyu Youyao and the English interview program Oprah Winfrey Show, combine the rules of turn-over, the formal structure of the answer, the next turn proof method, the meta-pragmatic theory. Structuralist linguistics and Halliday's functional theory include text organization function, contextual adaptation function, interpersonal interaction function, etc. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of pragmatic constraints between discourse markers "so" and "so" in discourse generation and comprehension from the perspective of affective communication function. The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. This part mainly explains the reason, significance, innovation, corpus source and research method of this paper. This paper focuses on the research of discourse markers "so" and "so" at home and abroad. The second chapter analyzes the function of discourse marker "so". First of all, it analyzes the usage of "so" from ancient Chinese to modern Chinese, and defines its nature and function in different stages of development. Secondly, it analyzes the structural characteristics of the marker "so". At last, by analyzing a large amount of real spoken language data, we describe and classify the pragmatic functions of the discourse marker "so" in the interview program. Chapter three analyzes the function of discourse marker so. This part first enumerates the various parts of speech and functions of "so" in modern English, then describes the features of "so" as a marker, and emphasizes on the different features of "so" and "so". This paper mainly studies the speech act function, information organization function, contextual adaptation function and emotion expression function of "so" in interview conversation. Chapter four compares the discourse marker "so" with "so". In this paper, the similarities and differences between "so" and "so" in pragmatic functions are compared intuitively, and the content of this paper is summarized. This paper summarizes the limitations and achievements of this paper, and summarizes the guiding role of discourse markers in interview skills and second language acquisition.
