从组织行为学视角看翻译项目中的团队合作问题

【摘要】:随着翻译行业的快速发展,翻译需求量的日益增加以及计算机辅助翻译的不断普及,传统个体人工翻译已经很难满足市场需求,只有计算机辅助下的团队合作翻译才能适应当前翻译行业的发展现状。因此,,翻译项目团队译员需要具备扎实的翻译功底以及熟练使用计算机作为辅助工具的能力,还需要能在项目中担任不同角色。良好的团队合作意识和翻译项目管理能力成为每个译员需具备的基本素质。因此,笔者从人的因素出发,选取管理学分支中的组织行为学为视角,并结合自身实习经历探析翻译项目管理中的团队合作问题。在具体分析过程中,本文借鉴组织行为学的基本概念,就团队中的矛盾冲突、团队内部竞争等具体问题加以剖析,最后分别针对团队管理者和译员提出指导性建议,以期实现建立有效合作团队的目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of translation industry, the increasing demand for translation and the popularization of computer-assisted translation, it is difficult for traditional individual manual translation to meet the market demand. Only computer-assisted team-based translation can adapt to the current development of the translation industry. Therefore, translation project team interpreters need solid translation skills and the ability to use computers as assistive tools. They also need to be able to play different roles in the project. A good sense of teamwork and translation project management skills become the basic qualities of every interpreter. Therefore, from the perspective of human factors, the author chooses organizational behavior in the branch of management as the perspective, and explores the problem of team cooperation in translation project management with the help of his own internship experience. In the process of concrete analysis, this paper draws lessons from the basic concept of organizational behavior, analyzes the specific problems in the team, such as contradiction and conflict, competition within the team, and finally puts forward some guiding suggestions for team managers and interpreters, respectively. In order to achieve the goal of establishing an effective team.
