面向中亚本土化师资的汉语国际教育硕士培养项目的调查分析

【摘要】：本文通过对新疆师范大学2009级和2010级共计106名汉语国际教育硕士(海外生源)的培养目标、生源情况、语言情况和基本素质、课程设置与培养方式、来华动机与就业意向、实习与学位论文情况进行调查,分析其特点及存在的优势与不足,为构建科学的师资培养体系,适应面向中亚汉语国际教育的现实需要提供依据和参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a total of 106 masters in international Chinese education (overseas students) in Xinjiang normal University (2009 and 2010) were studied, including their training objectives, students' status, language status and basic quality, curriculum design and training methods, motivation to come to China and employment intention. This paper investigates the practice and dissertations, analyzes its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and provides the basis and reference for the construction of a scientific teacher training system to meet the practical needs of international Chinese education in Central Asia.
