在华韩国留学生的跨文化适应问题研究

【摘要】:自1992年中韩建交以来,来华学习的韩国留学生人数不断增加。但是来到中国学习汉语的过程中他们不仅要学好汉语,而且要经历一个适应中国的过程。不过离开家乡,再一次适应陌生的环境是一件很难的事情,有的人在短的时间内就能如鱼得水,但是有的人甚至过了几年也不能适应中国文化。后者的情况不仅使学生在自己的学习、情感、生活上产生很多问题,而且还会对中国文化产生逆反心理。这在一定的程度上影响了中国在国际上的形象。为了避免留学生遇到这样的情况,为了吸引更多的留学生,更为了让中国在国际上树立应有的良好形象。目前,中国需要丰富在华留学生跨文化适应的研究资料。但是已有的研究大多数都是以西方国家为主。由于中国文化与西方各个国家的情况不同,西方国家的研究成果不适用于在华留学生跨文化适应问题的研究。而且在中国已有的研究也是大部分以在国外的中国留学生作为研究对象,因此,韩国留学生的跨文化适应问题是一个需要研究的部分。 为了研究来华韩国留学生的跨文化适应,本文采用调查研究、文献检索、归纳总结等方法,并借鉴国外和国内的研究成果。针对韩国留学生的日常生活、学业适应的实际情况设计了相应的问卷调查,并通过SPSS软件的分析,找出社会支持与跨文化适应的相关性,从中得出社会支持是影响来华韩国留学生跨文化适应的一个重要因素并且也是中国政府需要改进的问题。 根据韩国留学生学业适应调查系统分析的数据,可以得出一个结论,那就是大部分韩国学生有比较明确的目标来到中国,他们对学习环境的满意度也良好,这说明“学习目标态度”、“对学习环境的满意度”没有影响他们的学习适应。但是韩国学生的专业学习的认真度和学习动力的效度比较低,在进行调查中发现了两个问题;第一、不少的韩国留学生遇到学习的难关,第二、一半韩国留学生对专业学习持有消极的学习态度。针对这个问题,.本文将通过整合跨文化沟通心理学、跨文化交际学等理论对留学生的跨文化不适应问题提出政策性建议,试图从各个角度研究留学生的跨文化训练方式。总而言之,韩国留学生的跨文化适应,,不仅需要改善对外汉语教学中的态度、方法等方面、还需要增强政府的社会支持以及留学生自身的努力。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992, the number of South Korean students studying in China has been increasing. But when they come to China to learn Chinese, they not only have to learn Chinese well, but also have to go through a process of adapting to China. However, it is very difficult to leave home and adapt to strange environment again. Some people can get water in a short period of time, but some people can't adapt to Chinese culture even after a few years. The latter not only makes students have many problems in their own study, emotion and life, but also turns against Chinese culture. To some extent, this affects China's international image. In order to avoid such a situation, to attract more students, but also to make China in the international community should be a good image. At present, China needs to enrich the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China. But most of the research that has been done is dominated by Western countries. Because the situation of Chinese culture is different from that of western countries, the research results of western countries are not suitable for the study of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China. Moreover, most of the existing studies in China take Chinese students abroad as the object of study. Therefore, the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students is a part that needs to be studied. In order to study the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students in China, this paper adopts the methods of investigation, literature retrieval, induction and summary, and draws lessons from foreign and domestic research results. According to the daily life of Korean students and the actual situation of academic adaptation, a questionnaire survey is designed, and the correlation between social support and cross-cultural adaptation is found through the analysis of SPSS software. It is concluded that social support is an important factor affecting the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students in China and is also a problem for the Chinese government to improve. According to the data from the systematic analysis of the academic adaptation Survey of Korean students, we can draw a conclusion that most Korean students have a relatively clear goal to come to China, and their satisfaction with the learning environment is also good. This shows that "learning goal attitude" and "satisfaction with the learning environment" do not affect their learning adaptation. However, the Korean students' seriousness of professional study and the validity of learning motivation are relatively low, and two problems have been found in the investigation. First, many Korean students encounter difficulties in learning. Second, half of Korean students have a negative attitude towards professional learning. In view of this problem, By integrating the theories of cross-cultural communication psychology and cross-cultural communication, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the cross-cultural inadaptability of foreign students, and tries to study the cross-cultural training methods of foreign students from various angles. In a word, the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students not only needs to improve the attitude and methods of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, but also needs to strengthen the social support of the government and the efforts of the students themselves.
